I had an issue with ordering and I called customer service and they were helpful

The products from this store are generally unique and fun. I was disappointed with the quality of the last item I bought, as it didn't feel as sturdy as expected. The shipping was fast and everything arrived in good condition.

Not sure why they say you’ll get 30% off but can’t use the promo code. Disappointing, As far as the product I’ll see when it gets delivered.

Love the quality of the products BUT the SHIPPING CHARGES ARE TOO HIGH!!!!! I get cases of wine sent for $3.99. WHY are the shipping charges so high?

I went to website, ordered a couple it3ms to fulfill my credit I have coming from them. After hitting checkout, I was not prompted anywhere so that I could use the code they gave me to use my credit. I was fully charged on my credit card, bad!

Awesome as always. It does not matter if it’s over the phone, or online, same awesome experience. I like gadgets, but I believe in practical innovation. Great product pricing. I know with sharper image products, I have quality, style and reliability.

Very nice associate. Took care of my issue in a prompt and courteous manner. However, I will say that I was a bit surprised that the Sharper Image website did not have a cancelation button so that I did not have to try to find a way to contact the company personally and re-order the one item rather than the promotional one that inadvertently was added as I thought that I was just looking at the item to see exactly what it was, but there was no way to cancel anything or adjust anything from my end. The customer service representative was quick and took care of the issue in a timely manner.

I ordered a Christmas gift. I was trying to add a message but it just kept loading and I never got to include one. Also not sure if it's going to give me a gift receipt- which I needed.

Was easy to access the site. Have ordered before and have always been easy to do.

AI answered my questions to my satisfaction. I compared the Shaper Image product to ones on Amazon and liked that the SI product was made of a material that would be more comfortable and worth the additional cost.

Rapid delivery of items purchased for Christmas presents. Don't know yet how well the recipients will rate the products, but have always found items from Sharper Image to be quality.

During checkout I was offered a CapitalOne $40 discount. I selected offer & it redirected me to Capital One, to a page NOT associated with Sharper Image. I clicked out of CapitaIOne & expected $40 discount would be applied automatically & it was NOT.

If further instructions were required of me to claim the Discount, I would have expected to see a Disclaimer on Sharper Image checkout page advising of next steps before redirecting me to random page for CapitolOne.

it was easy to find the items I found in catalog, on line. only thing was that you say I could return if unopened but how will I know if I like it if I cannot try it???

My only complaint is the catalog was a cheaper price than the online price and I couldn't get it to change to match the catalog price

This is a great tool. Finding and ordering it was easy and fast.

I ordered a nose and ear trimmer for $31.00. Yet you charged me $58.00!! This is false advertising. If I can't get the trimmer for the $31.00 = tax, then I don't want it. Credit my credit card.
