I spoke with three of your employees over four days. I received little information and follow thru on the first person; the second person provided the wrong manufacturer info--upon calling them I was informed it was not their product! Very good changes to the website
I found some items I was interested in when browsing the print catalog. I went online because it would be easier to order. I really liked the way the items were presented.((Clear photos and descriptions and customer reviews) In fact, I didn’t order a similar product to the full length heating pad because of one review's comment. I looked at the reviews on your site and not one person said anything about it.

I liked the 30 percent off I received for allowing you to send me text messages; however I was not allowed to also apply a $29.20 cashback reward I earned which expires tomorrow. It said I could only apply one code per order. I should have been able to apply the reward I earned through prior purchases AND the code you gave me for the text message sign up.
