I ordered a 3-in-1 Rotating Game Table
I ordered a 3-in-1 Rotating Game Table, item #212817. My catalog states the initial cost is $1,299.99 and with the discount it is $$1,039.99. The sales associate kept telling me that the initial cost is $1,399.99 on her website. Every time I brought up the catalog price, she dismissed my point and said that the actual price is $1,399.99.
I’m disappointed because she didn’t bother to check the price in the catalog. She just kept pushing on as though I was misinforming her about the catalog price.
Below, it asks for a Reference Number. I’m not sure what that is referring to, but I listed the Item Number above.

I was shown a rebate for the shipping and then added another product and also stated free shipping. Neither occurred with final order. It is misleading to say free shipping when it requires a membership to receive it at an additional cost. That was not explained when made my choice to add that other item. Deceptive and disappointing from a company i thought i could trust.
You asked for more information regarding my order ORDR815099. I had finished my order and then a prompt came up saying i would receive free shipping if I placed an order for another item. I was also informed earlier that i would receive a rebate for the shipping costs with the original order. I placed an order for another item and then found out that the free shipping only came when joining a program that required a membership fee. That was not mentioned in the text encouraging me to order another item for free shipping. I did not join this membership and did not receive free shipping. The shipping was $15.99. I do not think this is good practice for your customers and is deceiving. I feel I should receive the free shipping as mentioned. I expect a full refund to my credit card for this amount. I do not want credit as i will not be ordering from this company again due to this incident. I will watch for your rely and refund.
