WONDERFUL FLOOR LAMP
The floor lamp is perfect for the bedroom. Works great. So easy to adjust and dim the light to the desired needed. Price was excellent for the light and it is perfect for our bedroom when we want some light. My husband even praised me on the purchase! Now that's a first!

You have way TOO MANY interrupting "offers" while a customer is trying to place an order! It is so disrupting and confusing. I almost stopped my order process because of all the stuff being throw at me. I just wanted to order as a guest, hopefully use a discount code and then leave the site. I like your products and have ordered from you before. This time there were just too many distracting things being thrown at me. I don't want to have a membership, or an account, or anything else!!! And there you go again, I can't even give a review of how you did without you wanting more access to my info!!!!!

Disappointed customer service review
As someone who works in customer service, I understand that customers may not always need an immediate solution, but they should still receive clear information, patience, and basic courtesy\. Unfortunately, my experience contacting Sharper Image customer support fell short of those expectations\.
I called to ask for help obtaining a replacement part\. Instead of receiving clear guidance about whether the part was available, how to request it, or what alternatives might exist, I felt rushed through the conversation\. The representatives’ tone came across as short and dismissive, and I did not feel that they made a meaningful effort to understand my request or explain the next steps\.
I recognize that not every issue can be resolved immediately, but a professional response should include respectful communication and a genuine attempt to help\. This interaction left me disappointed and made me question how seriously the company values customer support after a purchase\.
I hope Sharper Image reviews this feedback and provides additional training to ensure that customers receive patient, courteous, and solution\-oriented assistance\.
