Svar fra Rubber Roofing Direct Ltd
We're sorry to hear there appears to have been an error with the labelling of one of the membranes supplied, and we certainly understand the inconvenience this would have caused.
However, as two different membrane sizes were ordered for two separate projects, we would always strongly recommend checking the dimensions of the membrane against the order and the roof before cutting or installation begins.
Unfortunately, once a membrane has been taken to site, cut and installed on the wrong roof, there is very little we can do to rectify the situation. As you acknowledge in your review, the membrane wasn't checked before it was fitted.
We do take the reported labelling error seriously and will review this internally, but checking materials and dimensions prior to cutting or installation is an important part of any roofing project and would have prevented the second membrane from being affected.
We're sorry to hear that this experience has left you reluctant to order from us again.

Great product and company to work with
The help Helen have at the start of the process was amazing. Setting up a call with Sean the Roofing specialist so I could talk through technical details. The product itself was very simple to use and having no roofing experience I thought we were going to struggle. With 3 of us, we replaced a roof that was 8m x 6m and it went down well. One point is that the rubber itself was extremely heavy, ours weighed around 80kg and on that day two of us managed to get it onto the roof but it was hard and takes some planning.

Rubber Roof Kit for DIY
Easy to use website enabled comparison of options - I decided to buy a complete kit as that was a good way to be certain I had what I was going to need to fit a rubber roof for the first time. It all arrived well packaged and across 2 deliveries. The helpful installation videos on the website helped me fit with confidence.
