Damaged item received and no refund
Damaged item received. Contacted supplier immediately and they said I’d get a full refund for the item (from Marc the director in August) Still no refund received, made a number of attempts to make contact yet I’ve had no reply or acknowledge of my contact, even though I’ve used them before for products!

Disappointed
Ordered a valley 11 days ago, spoke to a guy who confirmed it would be next day delivery as we were in a rush for it. They finally answered the phone to us 6 days later (on the Wednesday) when they then advised us it had been broken in transit (admittedly not their fault). We were assured that it would be delivered to us on the Friday, still no sign of it, no email or phone communication. Paid £32 for delivery. Very disappointed.
