Good loft ladder - I couldn't find any other supplier of the size I wanted (130cm x 70cm). I haven't fitted it yet, but I'm familiar with a similar one in use elsewhere. It's fairly pricey, but I do... Vis mer

Hi Jo thank you for the lovely review.
Poor Installation instructions for a ZWP12
The instructions for installing the remote were poor in both video and written form. It didn't make clear that you need to put the device in learning mode before installing new remote.

Hi David, thank you for the great review.
Great customer service and great product
I purchased 4 Fakro roof windows from RW4Y, two years ago. I recently decided to purchase Fakro blackout blinds for these windows. Given the previous excellent service from RW4Y, I decided to purchase the blinds from them. I wasn't disappointed, excellent customer service, very effective blackout blinds, fast delivery. Thank-you RW4Y

Great products, logistics could be better
Great products at great prices. From a product point of view and trust of the company can't argue. \
An improvement area is logistics- One of my items was out of stock, so the delivery was delayed. Communication of stock status and eventual delivery date could have been better, was a little haphazard.

Hi Mark, thank you for your review. We understand the importance of clarity when it comes to availability. We will take your points on board and look to make this better in the future.
Special Order? No problem.
Was able to order an item not listed on their website but manufactured by one of their suppliers. Reasonable price and delivery time even though a 'special order'. eCommerce convenience with local-store service mentality. Excellent.

Thank you so much for this great review. We pride ourselves on our customer service and ease of ordering, so it's amazing to hear you found both!
DWF door purchase
I purchased a well insulated, fire resistant loft access door (dwf range) to install into a knee high wall.
The quality of the product is excellent and delivery time was good. It was made to order post purchase so be prepared for a short wait.
There were conflicting photos on the “official” FAKRO website and their sales site, so I phoned them and spoke to a courteous and helpful lady on the phone. She couldn’t tell me which of the two photos was accurate because they “don’t often see the products”, but she did tell me that they only produced the newer version, so I took a bit of a chance when ordering as I wanted a particular lock style.
All in all an excellent service and great product.

Thank you for the great review. We're glad the gamble paid off, and you got the door you required. We will look at making both websites up to date.
Poor service
The terms for delivery were not clear so we had several missed deliveries. The link from the courier was broken so we were unable to communicate with them. Unfortunately we tried to communicate this to Kyla in customer service but on several occasions she was dismissive and unhelpful. When we finally got the parcel we didn’t even need to sign for it despite advice.

Hi Sarah, I would like to offer our sincere apologies for the service you have received - this is not our usual standard, as we do pride ourselves on our customer service. Thank you for letting us know about the couriers, as they shouldn’t leave without a signature - we will take this up with them. We will also use this review as training moving forward.
