Super quick delivery
Super quick delivery, my builder also commented that it was one of the best bits of rubber he has used for a long time, very flat, no creases after 15mins of rolling it out, 100% recommend 👍

Project went well despite Rubber…
Project went well despite Rubber Roofing Direct Ltd not because of them. No instructions had to learn on line searching. ( thank you for your £800 + here's the materials get on with it ) My next project won't be with them. On the plus side delivery was very good mind i did pay with a debit card and the customer service lady I spoke to first time was very nice. Just opened the trims to find that they were badly packaged and damaged also short. Looks like mice have been eating some of the seals.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that your project went well, that delivery was very good and that you had a positive experience with our customer service team.
We are a little disappointed by your comment that you were left to “get on with it”, as our website has an extensive Training section containing installation guides, step-by-step how-to information and resources specifically designed to help customers complete their roofing projects.
As an online roofing materials supplier, customers order the materials they require through our website for delivery to their chosen address. We don't provide an installation service as part of the purchase, but we do make a considerable amount of installation guidance freely available through our website for customers who need it.
We're pleased that you successfully completed your project and were happy with both the delivery and the service you received from our team. We are sorry that you weren't aware of the installation resources available on our website at the time, and we'll take that feedback on board.
