Friendly experience and very helpful drivers

Excellent customer support, helpful staff would have been 5star, except for difficulty in loading in the yard.

This is the first time using MCS

Already planning the next order

Very happy with the staff was very helpful and organised . Got the delivery quickly and the materials was as expected. Only downfall was the z galvs were that sharp sliced right trough my hand even wearing gloves when i picked some up .

Fantastic communication throughout. Most competitive pricing, great products, great delivery, great company.

Totally excellent

Excellent service, great knowledge of there products, staff excellent, can’t ask for more.

Helpful, knowledgeable, reliable

Friendly helpful and informative staff. Happy with the sheets and will probably use again for a future roof repair.

I ordered from MCS on the strength of their 'Fast 7 day delivery' guarantee. I only had an 11 day window to complete the work from date of ordering. I received 1 order confirmation email the day after ordering and nothing else.
On day 6, I phoned to confirm a delivery time, and was told delivery wouldn't be until day 9.
Apparently deliveries to the NG postal area only take place on Thursdays!
My order was placed on a Tuesday, allowing for processing, there was NO way my order was ever going to be delivered in 7 days, yet there was NO COMMUNICATION to make me aware and nothing on their website to make this clear.
Had there been, then I would have cancalled the order and sourced everything from a local company.
As things stand I have to now waste a week so I can be here for the late delivery, find somewhere to store the order of 4m roofing panels, then take ANOTHER week off work in order to start and complete the job. The ONLY upside is that I haven't removed the old 7.5m x 3.5m roof in advance.
I have no doubt that the MCS staff are lovely and the items they supply are excellent quality. HOWEVER, their communication, specifically around delivery days/times, are certainly not honest or transparent.
Purely for this reason, I cannot recommend MCS Roofing and cladding supplies.

Helpful advice. High quality product. Fast delivery. First class service all round.

Easy to use website for ordering. Excellent customer service department who happily dealt with the need to reschedule our delivery. Delivery driver was helpful and friendly. Overall experience was excellent and will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for their products.

Very good service. 2nd time I've used and both times excellent.
