Roc Search Anmeldelser

Zack has been so supportive throughout the recruitment process. From setting up an interview that fit around my home life to being there at the end of the phone when I was struggling.
Thank you Zack, I couldn't have done it without you
Every company should have a Zack Barrett.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Roc Search

They keep sending me emails with job positions that are not related to what I do.
I have approached Roc and informed them, but they are just not interested and the emails keep arriving.

I cannot recommend Roc Search highly enough. From the very beginning, my experience with them has been outstanding. Their recruitment process was smooth and efficient, but what truly impressed me was the personalised attention I received from my consultant, Clark.

Roc Search's commitment to excellence and Clark's guidance was nothing short of exceptional. I am incredibly grateful for their support throughout the process.

Highly recommend!

I have worked with Roc Search for a couple of years supporting us with numerous contract positions across a range of roles. The level of service provided to me and equally importantly to the contractors, has been exceptional. Hannah has supported me and the wider management team as if she were an extension to our team and is an absolute pleasure and trusted partner. Thank you!

Excellent service and great support!
Jason Rice has been very helpful and supportive. I would say a great agency. I would rate them 5 starts especially when it comes to the way Jason has been proactive in sorting everything for me. He kept me updated about the process. Resolved my queries. Thank you for your support. Great work Jason!

Finding the right talent for critical roles in tech can be a daunting task, especially when you're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer for a crucial project. Our experience with Roc Search, particularly with Joseph Lusingu, has been nothing short of exceptional, and I'm excited to share why they deserve this five-star review.

From the onset, Joseph demonstrated a profound understanding of what our project entailed and the specific skills and attributes needed in a candidate to drive success. His approach was not only meticulous but also personalized, reflecting a deep commitment to not just filling a position but ensuring a perfect fit for both the candidate and our company.

Communication with Joseph was seamless and efficient. He kept us updated throughout the process, providing timely feedback after each candidate interview and adapting the search based on our feedback. His proactive communication style made us feel supported and informed at every step.

The quality of candidates that Joseph presented was outstanding. It was evident that he had meticulously vetted each potential hire, not only for technical skills but also for their ability to integrate into our company culture. This thoroughness significantly streamlined the hiring process and led us to a fantastic hire who has since become a key player in our project team.

What set Joseph apart was his dedication and enthusiasm for finding the right match. His expertise in the tech recruitment field is evident, but it's his passion for his work that truly enhances the experience. He went above and beyond to understand the intricacies of our project and the dynamics of our team, which was crucial in identifying the best candidate.

In conclusion, if you're in need of top-tier talent, especially in the competitive field of technology, Joseph Lusingu at Roc Search should undoubtedly be your go-to. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment to client satisfaction have made a significant impact on our project's progression and success. Thank you, Joseph, for an outstanding job well done. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Roc Search for future recruitment needs.

This is the second time that I've used Roc Search to find an engineering position and they have exceeded my expectations both times. Nathaniel Vasquez was in charge of my two Roc Search experiences and he has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty for me. I felt like he had my back the entire time and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'm not sure what job markets they specialize in other than engineering, but I can tell you first hand that they will get you where you need to go.

A great team, especially David.

All good thanks

Thanks to Clarke, he is friendly and he has been very supportive throughout the process, always keeping in touch to provide friendly update. It was clear he understood my background and the requirements for the role. Very professional and extremely proactive.

I had a great experience and I am very grateful to Lizzie James for helping me to find a job. Many thanks to Roc Search.

For the first time in my 26 years as a contractor my agent actually contacts me on a regular basis to see how things are going, checks if there are any issues or if there is anything that i need. I am paid like clockwork and if there are any issues with the client then my agent resolves it immediately with my best interest at heart. A refreshing change from being treated as just another number that is making them money.
Do not change ROC-Search, you are doing just fine as you are.

Found the right position for me with all the help along the way!

Really thorough communication and support from Lauren and colleagues.
