Joseph the recruiter gave me guidance and advice on what the hiring company was looking for at all stages, and most importantly kept me well informed throughout the process.

From the first communication with Clarke its been a pleasure to work with him. His communication is excellent and has kept me informed through the process so far and he is someone I will definitely work with again in the future.

Joe was excellent throughout the recruitment process for me. He kept in constant communication with me, listened to any concerns I had and always felt he was being 100% upfront and honest.

Top chap as well, I would highly recommend.

I recently gained a successful contract placement with Unilever as a contracting projects manager through Roc Search. My experience with Roc Search was nothing short of first class and I found that the whole process from initial contact through to securing my new position, very straightforward and professionally handled. My assigned consultant from Roc Search, Akaash Kaura was an extremely professional individual and during the process all meetings and communications were dealt with in a timely manor. Akaash was extremely helpful and gave excellent support and guidance during the process, as well as after service client support. I am most grateful for the effort and work that Akaash has put in on my behalf and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again. All in all, a well deserved 5 star rating.

Very professional and took the time to understand our requirements to identify candidates. Throughout the interview & onboarding process I was kept in contact regularly making the whole process seamless and effective. Would certainly recommend Akaash to my network for recruitment support and look forward to working with Akaash again

Alex Chambers c/o Roc-Search (and all Team members) arranged right from the beginning till the end of my Interview. Kept me well and precisely informed of the outcome. Later arranged all contract and other documents within hours. Also always available to help in making sure all documents related to contract or any other info - well coordinated.
Great, its my pleasure to work with Roc-Search.
Many regards

Megan and all the team at Roc Search are really great to work with - very efficient and clear communication

I am very satisfied plus more than happy with Roc-Search and their consultants.
The team are honest, knowledgeable and always happy to help. This is my 2nd contract and Sanchez is regularly in touch making sure I'm ok and things are going well.
Positives: They contact you to discuss vacancies or upcoming positions. The communication process leading up to and organising an interview is great. Sorting out contract paperwork is also very slick.
Negatives: The only downside or room for improvement is the set up of Online timesheet account..This can take a while and have a few gremlins.

Great company to work along side. Communication is always good and keep you informed on updates as they occur. Only worked with Sanchez Hodge who has always been extremely professional and helpful. Payments have always taken place on time and portal is very user friendly.

Conail at Roc has introduced me to a few clients now - one of which I regret turning down a few years ago, and then subsequently my current position, where I continue to be very happy. He always represented my interests with honesty, and integrity. Whether I would be looking for work myself, or looking for talent to join my team, I can honestly say Conail and Roc Search would be the first call I would make.

Great communication, professional and dedicated employees.

Communication with Joe was great from start to finish.

We had a critical role for a Head of Development that needed filling and Joe provided several suitable candidates.

Really helpful and made the process swift and simple

John and Ashley worked well to get me through a single interview to a contract. I was well prepared for the interview and the hiring process for the contract was simple. Very happy with the results.

Conail is friendly person with great communication skills. He helped me finding a great role and remained fully supportive throughout the recruitment process and post joining. I highly recommend him. Thanks

I had an exceptional experience with Roc Search, especially with Conail and his team. He not only comprehended my career goals but consistently offered opportunities that perfectly matched my skills. What truly set him apart was his meticulous handling of follow-ups with clients, ensuring I was well-informed and guiding me seamlessly through the entire process. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Conail from Roc Search provided exceptional service in helping me secure a position at a leading tech company. His dedication and expertise were evident throughout the recruitment process. Thanks to him, I landed a role with a competitive compensation package that exceeded my expectations. I've been working for this company for over 2 years now. I highly recommend Conail and Roc Search for anyone seeking opportunities in the tech industry.

I have known Conail in Roc search for several years since I changed my job last time. He never let me down and provided me quite few roles that fit me very well. He also worked hard to arrange the interviews quickly and helped a lot in the process. When I looked for a new role last week, I contacted Conail again and he found a new role for me quickly and arranged the first interview after one day, and then the second stage will be a few days later. I'm really happy with the experience and highly recommend Conail and Roc search!
