Roc Search Anmeldelser

I cannot recommend Roc search highly enough! From the very first interaction, their professionalism and genuine care for my career aspirations were evident. Megan took the time to understand my skills, experience, and career goals, matching me with opportunities that were not only aligned with my expertise but also with my long-term ambitions.

What truly sets them apart is their exceptional communication and support throughout the process. They kept me informed at every stage, provided insightful feedback after interviews, and were always available to answer any questions I had. The entire experience felt personalized and tailored to my needs, which is rare to find in the recruitment industry.

Great company to work with. Roc Search helped me find a new role in software engineering.

Conail was great, very professional and excellent communication. I was kept well informed all the way. Highly recommended.

Super recruiting team!

The people at roc search, especially Lauren, were instrumental in finding my position. They worked hard to follow up with companies and fought to get me great compensation.

Maria Rees was a superstar. Since her initial contact with me, even to my first day on the job, Maria was nothing but professional, punctual and very helpful. She offered very valuable insight to the interview processes and helped me research the role effectively.

Unethical business practices - Toby KirkXXX.

Illegally obtained personal and work contact information. No prior consent obtained and no previous engagement.

Continued to bombard using email, Linkedin and multiple calls to a personal mobile

Shocking.

Roc search have found me roles numerous times throughout the years and I have found them to be very quick transparent and professional. Jason Rice and Sahabi Zaman have looked after me on numerous roles and they always offer a very good service and care for the people they work with and always keep in touch throughout to check in in everything’s alright unlike a lot of other agencies so kudos to them and Roc.

They didn't pay me and then threated with court. Well I will see them in court no issues there

Have to say the turn over from job offer to start was the smoothest and quickest I’ve ever seen

Kurt reached out to me on LinkedIn with an opportunity and we were on a phone call within 24 hours. He outlined an opportunity and was direct, honest and was a tremendous listener as I shared what I was looking for from my next employer. I quickly interacted with John and the two of them made me feel like I was the only candidate on the planet. They were both very quick in communicating and assisting in coordinating an in-person interview and followed up the same day to inquire how the interview went. I shared a few concerns and they both were quick to address them to help put my mind at ease. This is my first week starting in a new contracting role thanks to both Kurt & John! I felt well-represented and kept in the loop during the entire process. Why can't all recruiting and hiring efforts be this streamlined?? Thank you Kurt & John for looking out for my best interests and representing me in this opportunity.

Roc recruitment.. To say they are excellent would be doing them down. So incredibly helpful and friendly. I really felt looked after. I couldn’t recommend ROC enough. 20 out of 10.

Amazing Experience! Love the recruiter I worked with!

Shoutout to Brandon Jackson!

This organization is transparent, kind, speedy and professional.

Roc Search was very communicative and kept my goals in mind when helping me find my job. They made my interactions with the company easy while also providing helpful tips on how the interview process goes. I was able to speak with a Roc Search employee about all my concerns and they helped to make sure things were set up smoothly.
