Roc Search Anmeldelser

I had a fantastic experience working with Roc Search. The team was professional, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made securing my new role seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Roc Search to anyone seeking their next opportunity!

ROC set the standards for a recruitment agency. The were professional throughout the recruitment process. They kept me informed and up to date at every step. The key thing for me was they arranged a remote interview with the client whilst I was away on holiday thus ensuring I didn't miss out on the opportunity. Thank you ROC.

Everyone from Roc is dedicated to your success. Raegan and Jacob moved mountains to make sure my placement was smooth and efficient.

Unfortunately after reading reviews and comments from other people and their experiences, the same thing happened to me.

I was contacted about a role that seemed too good to be true.

They never sent me any job spec even after requesting it.

After giving references, one of my references did tell me that this company had asked if they knew anyone else about filling other roles.

I thought that’s very strange.

It looks like they use your references to fill other roles rather than get you a job.

I have never experienced anything like this with an agency, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Such disappointment. I called numerous times but the person in question was never at her desk or “away”.

It’s left a bad taste and impression with me and my references now.

DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY REFERENCES.

After finally sending an email after no response or any updates, and waiting 2 weeks, the job has become conveniently unavailable.

My references are also appalled at this behaviour.

Ruben was polite, efficient and always on hand if I needed help

Staff was very helpful, Korin to be precise. She helped and supported me through the job application and interview. I got the job! Would definitely recommend

Roc search are a very professional group of recruiters. I was impressed by the speed and complimentary way I was introduced to the business interested in my skill set for a specialist engineering role. It was a great experience. I would recommend Roc search to any business looking for the right individual for a role in their company.

I had a wonderful experience with this recruitment company. Mr. Ryan Ch. was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, guided me step-by-step, and made sure I understood what to expect. Thanks to his support, I successfully secured a job. Highly recommend!

Nyomi was brilliant at her work. They actually listen and understand, it's not a agency that just looks at your resume and decides but they go through your resume in detail and find best matching jobs. She made sure that I have gone thorough all details of job and moreover she made me understand what company is looking in a candidate which made it easier for me when I went for interview.

Deceptive recruiting agency.

They advertise roles at certain ranges and assured me that those are the ranges. At the end, I got an offer which was below the range they advertised and the excuse was the company budget does not allow them to go that range at the moment. When I asked them why they lied at the beginning? they said there is nothing they can do, and they tried to convince me to take the offer eventhough I told them I currently make more than the offer received. Once they saw that I am not taking it they started being rude on the phone instead of negotiating with the company. Not to mention the recruiter that assured me that this range was 100% accurate at the beginning of our talks started ghosting and not answering any messages/calls I have sent. On top of that, they never paid me the money they promised from the tests I have done, all emails I sent after and I never got a response. Literally fraud. At the end I wasted 2 months of technical tests to get lowballed.

If you want to find a job stay away from these peopl or do not believe what they advertise its just to lure you in.

I've been offer a job through Roc Search, the agency found my CV at CV Library.Whole recruitment process went very well and smooth. Very friendly, helpful ist the best word to explain, thank you!

I had an excellent experience working with [Jodah Woney]! From the beginning, they were highly attentive, taking the time to understand my career goals and matching me with roles that truly aligned with my experience and aspirations.

What stood out the most was their communication — always timely, clear, and supportive. They consistently checked in, providing updates and feedback, which really made me feel valued.

I appreciated how they advocated for me and made sure I found a position that fit my skills and long-term growth plans.

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding assistance I received from Kurt Sprenger at ROC-Search in securing my new job. From start to finish, the process was professional, well-organized, and supportive. Kurt helped me refine my resume, prepare for interviews, and provided invaluable advice that boosted my confidence. I highly recommend Kurt Sprenger and ROC-Search to anyone seeking career support—they truly go above and beyond to help you succeed.

Having worked as a consultant for several years, I’ve interacted with many recruiters and their firms. Roc Search stands out as the best I’ve encountered, thanks to their team's demonstrated ethics, respect, and professionalism towards their clients.

I had a fantastic experience working with Kurt. They were professional, responsive, and truly understood my career goals. Kurt went above and beyond to guide the process, and I appreciated their transparency and support. I highly recommend Kurt to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable recruiter. Thank you for making this process seamless and enjoyable!

I was contacted by this company on the 21st, likely due to my LinkedIn profile, and was told that I was a great fit for several opportunities. However, the person who contacted me never followed up. So, I called the company and spoke to three different people, all discussing the same opportunities. They asked for my CV, details, answered more questions, and provided additional details about my projects—everything you could think of being asked, but all for nothing. Nobody got back to me after that. There were no job specifications provided either—just a lot of wasted time with me answering questions and being told I was a perfect fit for these positions.

Great contact through the process, Korin kept me informed through and was very encouraging through the process
