It is easier to get a peerage in the Lords than a plumber these days but Rightio delivered

Had a leaking toilet, Wajid was the engineer who was sent out to fix the problem. The service was excellent, he identified the problem quickly, took the cistern off and replaced parts, all done within 30 minutes. will definately use this company again.

Owen was brilliant! Very professional and extremely helpful and saved me a bit of money we fully fully recommend him.

I will be addressing how I was dealt with by the company before the callout on a separate email, but as for Owen absolutely brilliant a real asset to the company.

Swift response and Rightio arrange a great local plumber Craig who came and tracked our leaking problem quickly and methodically, even identifying a second issue that was developing. Costs were all transparent from the start, and the plumber did just what was required with no faffing about. Communication from staff at Rightio was great.

Great service, very helpful and thorough. Phil the plumber arrived promptly, had the parts with him in his van, identified the problem and fixed it permanently, all within an hour of arrival. Very pleased. Thanks Rightio!

Service was pretty good, phone answered on a Saturday and plumber came on Monday PM as agreed. They could have come out on the Saturday but it was not an emergency and the cost for weekends is more expensive than in the normal working week.
Leek sorted on the Monday and with the hour for the job booked the plumber was able to replace a tap valve that had started to drip, I already had the value so easy for him to fit.

we had an Engineer round to repair our leaking toilet by the name of Behdad. Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, reliable, and completed the work to a very high standard. Great communication throughout and everything was left clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

Charged £200 call out charge for the plumber to stay 10 mins and determine the electric shower is unrepairable.
Then proceeded to quote £1000 for a new one installed. We then used a local engineer who charged us £450 installed.

i contacted rightio to fix my boiler then charged me a call out fee of 140 + vat they then said what was wrong and said they could fix it i made 2 more payments totalling to nearly 800 pound when they left there was no pressure on water not hot they then came back out twice told me to put a vacum hose up the pipe to sort the problem which is not my job then left i now have no water (none) and they said job complete now they are saying they want more money to fix it as it is under a new job number i have asked for refund they say no i joined the care club for 11.50 a month which they said i could cancel at any time now they are saying i have to pay for the full year there a joke .if i did not pay they would be taking me to court for the money but they have now said the job is complete even though the job has not been signed off and wont pay my money back they dont play fair game and then sent me a survey on how i had rated my experience .RUBBISH,RUDE,NOT INTERESTED they only want the cash

The work was done to a good standard. However I had a leak which needed fixing and there seemed to be a lack of urgency. It was fixed in the afternoon of the day after I called for a plumber.

We had a blocked macerator. To resolve this, we needed to open it up and clear the blockage. Instead, Rightio's contractor just tried rodding/plunging it which did not resolve the problem - indeed AI says that should not be done as it can actually make it worse. We therefore engaged a different company who quickly accessed and resolved the blockage within an hour.

Rightio have since refused to offer any apology or refund, so we are now in the process of seeking a recovery via the credit-card company.

The plumber arrived at the scheduled time, brought with him all of the equipment and spares necessary for the job, fixed the problem and minimised disruption. He was polite, efficient and tidy. I would use this service again.

Exceptional service. Locksmith arrived within 30 mins of my initial phone call. Diagnosed actual problem in 10 mins, jammed latch on multipoint locking mechanism. Repaired in 20 mins. Couldn't be more pleased, would recommend without reservation.

I would strongly advise people to be extremely careful before using Rightio.

On 17 July 2026, I contacted this company at around 3:30pm regarding an issue with my boiler. I clearly explained the fault and error code over the phone and asked for the charges. I was told there would be a call‑out fee, but their engineer was “very expert” and would “most probably fix it within an hour.” I agreed to the visit, without providing any card details.

Shortly after, I received a message:
“Hello A Soorty, your Engineer will be with you on 17/07/2026 between 12pm - 5pm.”
No one arrived during that time.

Later, another message came saying the engineer was on the way and would arrive between 18:04 and 18:34. Two men eventually arrived, opened the boiler, and one of them asked for a hair dryer—which he then used on my boiler. When I questioned this, he said, “Most of the time it gets fixed like this.” Moments later he claimed the fan was broken, said he didn’t have the part, and would check at the depot and call me the next day. He also said that if the fan wasn’t available, it would need to be ordered and would arrive by Tuesday.

No call came.
Not Saturday, not Sunday, not Monday.

On Tuesday, I called twice—no answer. Later, I received a call from someone who was extremely unprofessional. He told me the total cost would be £780 to replace the fan. I said that was too much and I wasn’t buying a new boiler. His response was:
“Buy it if you can.”
I ended the call immediately.

I then contacted another company. Their engineer came, spent over two hours, fixed the boiler properly, completed a full service, and charged £380.

Since then, Rightio has been calling me every other day, demanding payment for a job they did not complete. I received this message:
“Hello A Soorty your job is now complete. Please pay your balance of £199.20…”

Complete?
For what?
A 15‑minute visit, opening my boiler, and using my hair dryer?

Now I have received a “final reminder” threatening legal action for £199.20—despite the fact that they did not fix anything, did not return with the part, and did not provide any service worth charging for.

This behaviour is unacceptable. Companies like this take advantage of people and demand money for work they have not done. This is my hard‑earned money, and I refuse to pay for a service that was never provided

Nice polite smart man. Felt comfortable with him being in my home. He also explained everything he was doing.

Unfortunately there isn’t an option to give zero stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!
I used them to unblock a toilet and got an extremely high bill. Over £500.
One week later the toilet was blocked again and had to get another company in to finish the job.

Broken lock fixed on a Saturday. Engineer arrived several hours after estimated time which was the only issue
