Long time customer

I've used RedWeek for many rentals over many years and never disappointed. Listings are accurate and bookings are quick and easy. The most recent was no exception. Communication is prompt and explains process and timing clearly.

7 Days in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Divi Phoenix. The accommodation was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the large pool area and the beach, though somewhat small. The several restaurant options gave plenty of choices.

Incorrect booking

What went wrong? Where to start? I guess at the beginning. I put in a request for a 1br condo from March 14 to March 21, before I could get confirmation I received a flashing message that it had already been rented. So I chose a 2br bedroom condo starting one day earlier on March 13 to March 20, it's a great condo. Sitting in it right now. Between then and now I got emails confirming my studio condo rental starting on, I think March 4. I immediately contacted the contact number you gave me which was the owner. The names and credit card number were not mine. We got that straightened out after a few emails with her and Redweek. No big deal, got a confirmation number from you for this real nice condo I'm sitting in. The real PROBLEM is when I checked in about an hour ago, I was informed that I had not only rented this one but also a 1br for the same dates. I do not what is going with you guys but something is screwed up in your system. Now I'm on a dream vacation worried, concerned, and frustrated. If you check the emails between me and you, you will be able to verify what I have written. There is absolutely no way I would have rented 2 condos for my lady and I for the same week.

We do want to clarify how our process works, as this situation understandably caused concern. We only show and facilitate one rental booking per confirmed reservation. Based on what you’ve described, it appears the owner may have had another reservation in the resort system that was mistakenly associated or overlapping with your stay. Unfortunately, that portion is managed directly through the resort and/or the owner’s internal bookings, and is not something we have visibility into or control over on our end.

We’re glad to hear that your confirmed 2-bedroom condo is correct and that you’re currently settled in and enjoying the unit. We also appreciate your patience in working through the earlier email mix-up with the owner, those kinds of errors, while rare, can happen when multiple reservations are being simultaneously by the owner.

If there is anything still unresolved regarding the additional reservation showing at check-in, we recommend continuing to work directly with the resort front desk, as they will have the ability to review and correct any duplicate or incorrect reservations in their system. Of course, if you need help reconnecting or documenting your confirmed reservation, we’re here to assist.

We truly appreciate your understanding and hope the rest of your vacation is smooth and enjoyable.

It took me almost 3 weeks to get final confirmation on booking request

It took me almost 3 weeks and I had to involve owner, resort personnel daily and call redweek representative to get final confirmation of my booking request. Something is going wrong, looks like disconnection between all parties.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. After someone accepts offer to rent our timeshare. I sent all information on our time share, called timeshare and had name changed and still having issues. I have spent nearly 5 hours between phone calls and emails and it is still not resolved (even though the name on reservation has been changed and sent to Redweek and the Renter). Will not use Redweek again.
