Substandard Customer Service.

I have found your customer service to be substandard. I was supposed to receive a call at 9:00am on Friday, March 27, 2026 to complete the verification necessary to post my timeshare for rental (3280776). I called and emailed on Friday in an effort to facilitate a call and still no one has reached out. This has obviously the delayed the posting of my timeshare. Unacceptable!

actually took seven days to get the one…

actually took seven days to get the one room squared away so we put in the application for both rooms are the same moment I took two days to get the double bedroom took a week to get the one bedroom and communication with people on the emails and on the phone was very slow, particularly emails. You reach out to a person on online and it takes a day to get an answer. I don’t get that we were panicking because the flights are going up significantly as it was I spent $200 more per person for a flight because it took a full week to find out about the one bedroom. So at that point, I would put the email below average.

When multiple rooms are booked, each reservation is often managed by a different owner, which means approval timelines and communication can vary from one unit to another. While one owner may respond quickly, another may require additional time, which can unfortunately create delays like the ones you experienced.

We absolutely loved the Divi Golf &…

We absolutely loved the Divi Golf & Beach Resort in Aruba. The timeshare rental from Last Minute Redweek went so smoothly. The unit was just perfect, the staff was wonderful and the shuttle drivers were A+. I would highly recommend Redweek and I plan on using this site again.

Still Not listed

We listed our timeshare about 6 weeks ago and after countless calls it is still not showing in the listings. We are losing possible rental due to your company. I wish it was the old times 2 years ago when you listed it- it appeared.

On our end, I see you posted February 28th, however you didn't forward the documents needed to confirm until March 10th. We verified it on March 23rd, which was 9 business days after we received the documents. We advise customers to wait 10 business days for verifications, which means our team was inside the time frame we advise. I hope this is helpful, if you have any other questions please don't hesitate to reach out.
