Waste of money
Signed up for assisted timeshare sales. It was a waste of money from parent's estate. Redweek couldn't even get email correspondence correct. And the manager blew it off. After guving up and eating the cost, I get a canned email a few months later notifying customers of an upgrade to the email ststem. If you're looking for a platform to sell a timeshare look elsewhere.

For owners looking to sell, it’s also worth considering our rental posting services, as well. Many owners report that they find success renting their week in the near term, generating income to help offset any maintenance fees, while continuing to market it for sale. In most cases, it’s simply easier to secure a one-time renter than to find the right long-term buyer, so this approach can help maximize owner value over time.
We’re continuing to enhance the experience for both our rental and sales posting services, to ensure greater success to owners just like you. We are sorry that you did not find immediate success on selling your inherited timeshare, but we hope you will consider supplementing your sale with a rental to give more time-in-market to attract potential buyers.

Awful
Awful. I have used Redweek previous years and it worked fine. This year it is awful. I posted my ad early February, 2026, it now March 31st and it is still not posted. I responded with all the requested information, and I get no response. I have sent eight messages and I get no response. They have gone completely downhill.

Buyer be aware
Be very very careful when using Redweek to book your vacation! You have to pay up front in full in order to request to book with the owner. When owner confirms, your are automatically entered into a rental agreement. I clicked on the week of 11/7-11/14 to rent a studio in Aruba. The week that was actually rented was NOT what was advertised in that the rental agreement was for October 17-24 when at NO time did I look into any week in October. The owner of the unit, Michelle Moradelli, never bothered to respond even though I IMMEDIATELY reached out when I saw the wrong week/month was secured. It is SEVEN months away and the owner never responded resulting in me being penalized 50% or $830! Redweek did not reach out to the owner on my behalf. I have put in a claim with my credit card company.

After reviewing your comments, it appears the reservation request was submitted with dates that differ from the week you intended to book. We know how easy it can be to miss a detail when planning travel, but the system does process the exact dates selected at the time of booking, and once the owner confirms, those dates are locked into the rental agreement.
If anything looks incorrect during or immediately after booking, it’s very important to contact our team right away so we can try to step in before the reservation is finalized.
We understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially given how far in advance your trip is.

Great Communication
First of all we were blown away by the offer that was available to us and enjoy.
Once we put in the reservation and waited for the confirmation somehow there was a mistake by someone getting our name listed incorrectly at the property. Then it took a few weeks to get it corrected.
With all that said, I was impressed at the continual updates by the RedWeek team to keep us updated and give us options.

Very fast responses from RedWeek. They really keep you up to date on the process and let you know if anything is needed. Fees are very reasonable. Immensely better than VRBO which has ridiculously high fees.
