Customer service is absolutely wonderful. So refreshing to get to a live person so quickly and they are very knowledgeable. I had a couple of issues. I moved from large company and there were some settings in my phone from my previous service. PureTalk reps knew exactly what the problem was and guided me expertly to the correct settings. Simple fix! Then my voice mail did not work. Again, within minutes my voice mails are working perfectly. Every person I have talked to at PureTalk have been kind, considerate and very well trained...plus very friendly. And I have never struggled to understand any of them!!! The latest was Bobbie in NC!

Customer service rep identified herself and her general location. It helped inspire me to offer the same friendly manner. She spoke in a nice clear voice.

Great American company. Easy to switch and save. Appreciate connection and respect for military. Very friendly customer service without wait times.

Pure talk is probably the best phone plan we have ever had. And their technical support goes above and beyond. Their customer service is so patient, especially with older folks like me. Thank you Pure Talk

I have been with Pure Talk for years and have always been satisfied with there people and there service. Thay are a great company.

I have been super pleased with the customer service and quality of phone service on my new PureTalk account. I’ve just ordered an Apple Watch through them and will be connecting it as well. So far, the service I’ve received here is better than any other cellular company I’ve had any dealings with. That includes my own accounts and my kids accounts. I could not be more pleased with PureTalk.

I am not a "computer jockey". Having to start up a new phone really makes me anxious. Honilet, I hope is the correct spelling of her name, was extremely kind and helpful. Once again Pure Talk has terrific technical support. Bravo, Pure Talk!!

Pure Talk Tech Support was great at troubleshooting my problem. They were able to reset all company settings. The original problem still exists. So they referred me to Samsung as it appears to be a phone issue. The phone is now working better though.

Easy set up and customer service was great

I'm SO SICK of companies that promote themselves unscrupulously by using their military service time. This company calls itself "veteran-led". WTF does that mean???? Just another way to mislead people. Also, paying a "high-priced" so-called celebrity to show his face in your TV commercial isn't helping your customer service. TV commercials can say ANYTHING they want! EVERY company thinks they're the GREATEST ever but when you find out what's behind the scene, the truth, it's not always reality. I came here to possibly save some money on my cell phone plan but quickly found out that was not going to happen. I currently pay $50 for two phones UNLIMITED EVERYTHING and Pure Talk wasn't even close. Also, the many reviews of customers who were not serviced properly is disturbing. Instead of wasting money on the "high-priced" faces to put in their commercial, maybe they should pay their CS people more and hire & train a more qualified staff!

Customer Service Representative was excellent stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and eventually on a three way call with my old carrier rep to port my phones to my new plan.

They walked me through a complicated switch caused by my old provider. They made sure every step was correct and complete. I’m so glad I changed to Pure Talk!

Got a sim card on their $15 for 3 month plan and activated it with their new number to test it out. Very next day I tried to port in my old number and was told that I would have to go on their then plan as they were not going to honor the $15 plan that I signed up for. Bad service bad bad service.
I cancelled immediately - don't play games Pure Talk!

I got an apologetic reply back from pur talk claiming to understand my frustration. Rubbish, instead of pretending to help to save face I would suggest they fix their procedure which of course they are not going to do lol

The best customer service I've ever had. If Nicole wasn't married, I would have asked her out.

We are a military family that they stole $1000 from with no warning and they have admitted it was their error. We are in the middle of a pcs across the country and they refuse to mitigate the damage. At a time when people can barely keep food on the table, they have zero problems clearing your bank account. Don't use them.

Techs Mario and Quinten were very much helpful and patient getting my 3 phones plus an iWatch setup and running. Took some time, but eventually got everything working and I didn’t need to sit around in a brick and mortar store, was in the comfort of my own home

Helped resolve my issue with Data for just $8 more a month. Always very professional and great to actually speak to a human.

I just transferred my line and my 4 kids lines from Verizon to Pure Talk. The transition was seamless and agents were top notch. I called three times and the wait time on each was less than 10 seconds, and answered each time by a knowledgeable and friendly agent. So glad I made the switch!

First I owe thanks to Jesse Kelly for informing me about a true American owned celluar company that doesn't use our funds to fund woke agendas. Second, thanks to Pure Talk for great customer service and great coverage. I was up north Michigan in the national forest and I had good reception and was able to navigate at all times. I recently had to connect with Pure Talk customer service and they resolved my issue as I wasn't able to get or send media which was resolved quickly. Thanks to everyone at Pure Talk.
