I had a fraudulent charge on my debit card and PureTalk CS helped me update my auto debit so my service was never interrupted. The CS tech was all the way down in Georgia. The AMERICAN STATE of Georgia and was a native speaker of Georgian English.

Pure talk is a great company
Pure talk is a great company. I've been with them for years. They have great protection so that nobody can steal your information, you ask them to lock your phone down and keep it secure. And they have great service, and they do a great job. And just gave me a whole bunch of more data for free. You stay with them for a while. They appreciate it and they give you more, and that doesn't cost you more. I'm very satisfied with pure talk phone service. I have a very, very good time using their system. There are customer services second to none.
