When I first reached out to PureTalk, one of my questions was unlimited calling to Canada. I was told yes, that my plan included this. However, that is not the case. When I realized that, I called Customer Service and was informed my plan did NOT.
Not pleased with that as that was one of the reasons I switched.

overall good coverage - sometimes it drops in areas my old coverage did not. Initial switchover was a little scary because I could not make calls out but was fortunate enough to have a work phone to call customer service and fix. Other people may have been screwed because they don't have another phone. There is no customer service text line and email was hard to use to resolve the issue right away. Needing to call out was a high priority issue.

Currently five stars. Got me squared away quickly when I had to replace my phone. But, ask me again in six months, it may be a different rating??? Hopefully not!

We have only been with PURE TALK for about four weeks. We changed from T-Mobile.It was a breath of fresh air to actually speak with a real person when setting up PURE TALK. When we signed up our monthly expense (unlimited TALK unlimited text unlimited data +2 gig hotspot) would be $34.99/ mo plus taxes, fees, etc., with the ability to change the plan anytime we wanted without penalty. A few weeks later I heard on a blog site that PURE TALK was offering their “ best deal ever” at $29.99 per month (same plan). I called and asked if they would change our plan to the new best deal plan. They accepted my request, told me it would be two or three business days before I heard anything from them because they had been swamped with requests.
I am still waiting to hear from them and I am watching very carefully whether or not data coverage is delayed for any reason. So far, personal service has been excellent, pending the requested change in our plan. The jury is still out on Cell Phone coverage and “ spinning circle” delays that may result from a low priority plan.

PureTalk sucks internationally! Great if you only need it in the US but there is no 24/7 customer service when you're out of the country and their tech support is woefully lacking! I paid for international roaming and calling and I only had service when/if I was able to connect to Wi-Fi

Customer service is the most friendly and competent of any company I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot believe I was paying $195 per month for so long, now down to under $60 for the same exact service. I am beyond happy with Puretalk.

I have been a Pure Talk customer for a few years and have always received great customer service whenever I have called them. Today was no different. Veronica answered all my questions and helped me to update my phone very quickly. She was polite, professional, and she knows how to do her job. I was impressed.

PureTalk is a decent service and affordable compared to our time with Tracfone. What is surprising is the times the network drops considering the network runs on AT&T towers. This can be troubling especially as a trucker. Still, we will stick with PureTalk.

PureTalk responds quickly to service calls. The associates are friendly and helpful.

The customer service provided for a fair price is all most consumers want. That is PureTalk. It is really not that complicated to folks who simply need a reliable phone service.

Had no problem with service. And when you do need any service you call and you talk to a real human who speaks English.

I live in a small town and tmobile was not cutting it. I saw the commercial on youtube and called to see about the plans avaliable glad I did. I sent a message to a family member and told him he should call and check into it. He is also a veteran I hope he signs up with you. Best decision I've made and love the price.

I was helped today by Melisa from Arizona. She was wonderfully patient with me! I’m not very computer savvy and also had forgotten much from when I first set up my account! She gently “walked” me through every step needed to access my account and change my payment card! She was truly a blessing to this almost 80 year old women!

My call was answered fairly quickly and the customer service representative was able to look up my account and answer my question right away.
