I found PureTalk through the Matt Walsh Show. I was paying T-Mobile $158 a month for two lines, and now I’m paying PureTalk $54 for the same two lines. That’s over $100 a month in savings, or more than $1,200 a year! When you’re retired, believe me, that makes a big difference.
I live in a small town, and so far the service has been great. I get a good connection and haven’t had any issues.
I ordered a new iPhone on Friday, and FedEx is already showing delivery for Monday. That’s pretty fast if you ask me.
I spent 30 years in the call center industry, and I’m retired now, so I know good customer service when I see it. Every agent I’ve spoken to at PureTalk has been American, polite, and very helpful. Not one bad experience, and that’s something I pay attention to after being in that business for so many years.
One thing that really stood out to me was when the agent sold me the new iPhone. I could actually hear the happiness in her voice after we completed the sale. I don’t know if she made a commission or if it was just a good mark on her record, but you could tell it made her day. And you know what? I was genuinely happy for her. After spending 30 years in that industry, I know how much those little victories can mean to an employee. It was just nice to hear somebody so happy about doing their job.
And to top it off, I got my first month free!
I don’t usually write reviews this long, but I believe when a company does a good job, they deserve the recognition. So far, I’m very happy I made the switch.

Having 24/7 support is fantastic in this day and age! I had a question on data usage and it was answered quickly and thoroughly by Brianna. My only issue was she talked a little fast and was slightly hard to understand. Otherwise great company and great service. I've been with PureTalk over two years now and so glad I switched!

PureTalk’s Customer Service is the best in the cell phone business and perhaps in any major business. You get a live agent almost immediately upon their answering your call and that individual can resolve almost any issue without transferring you to another agent. I literally only spend minutes on the phone with them compared with hours with AT&T. I’m glad I switched to PureTalk!

We got some new iPhones and being electronically challenged sometimes, I thought i should call Pure Talk and speak to a professional for help. Phillip from AZ was so helpful and professional helping me set up two iPhones that took almost an hour to transfer our older iPhones to the new iPhones. Phillip was super helpful and patient.
