These filters are great. I have very hard well water and they were highly recommended by my contractor who uses PurePlus Filters at their home. Very effective and user-friendly.

Robbery
I placed an order and paid for item. Within 2 days, I received a tracking number. After a couple days, the company canceled the order without a refund. I couldn't get a response for several days and finally got a response. They agreed that a mistake was made on their end and offered to resend the item. Since then, I have not gotten a tracking number or items that were ordered and paid for. I have sent several messages and been completely ignored. I have opened a dispute through pay pal and still waiting for some kind of resolution. It has now been 21 days.

Excellent Filters
Excellent filters at a good price. Been using PurePlus filters for about 7 years in my refrigerators. Never had a problem.

One of the 2 filters I received was…one good and one bad
One of the 2 filters I received was defective and water would not Flow through it. I had to throw it away and use the 2nd one in my order.
Follow up.... after my last comments, Pure Plus reached out to me and sent me a replacement with no charge..so I now have upgraded my score.
