These filters are great. I have very hard well water and they were highly recommended by my contractor who uses PurePlus Filters at their home. Very effective and user-friendly.

Items aren't in stock when they say.

pleasant surprise
I ordered filters that turned out to be out of stock. They were in a pack of 3. Instead of delaying my order until the stock came in, PurePlus sent me a 4-pack, at no additional charge. Wow. That was unexpected.

Well unit originally wanted they said…
Well unit originally wanted they said the filters were discontinued so got duped into buying upgraded model that doesn't work as well as the model I wanted, and when it didn't preform as well according to the meter on the faucet emailed and was told thats how it works even though the circumstances they brought up were erroneous. Still haven't received extra filters that were paid for.

Unlike most of the people that bought…
Unlike most of the people that bought the system I tested the water with the water test kit I had the water that came out of the faucet had A PH of about 190 With the pure plus filter it had A PH rating of about 82 Which is a significant Lower difference I also had an inline water filter for my ice cubes and water in the door a generic brand which I test and had A PH level of 90
