I was concerned when my filters arrived they had no information indicating the Micron size. I contacted Pureplus and they emailed me and assured me the filters were indeed 5 Micron, which is exactly what I ordered.

I'm rating my experience as five star. We like the water treatment equipment and believe it is working well for our home. More importantly, in spite of issues with the delivery of several replacement filters, the service agent handling our order, Iris, could not have been more helpful, courteous, and professional in tracking and completing our order. We would probably look for another source for the filters if it was not for her attentiveness to our specific order and the delays in the filters' shipment.

Bought their 5-in-1 water dispenser, had a couple initial issues relating to the delivery more so than the unit itself. Iris offered exceptional service and resolved the matter in a timely fashion.
Love the new unit, works very well. Highly recommend!!

The product arrived and was easy to utilize with instructions provided.

I live in a high mineral area. You can see the crap in our water. Pur Plus is amazing. Clean drinking water fir the first time in years.

I received the wrong product and have no way to contact for a return. No phone number listed. I requested to be contacted by the website but haven't heard back from anyone.

The water and air filter replacement devices that were eventually sent to me eventually DID WORK VERY WELL, The first group of six each was the wrong style WATER filter for my refrigerator and Iris in service was VERY gracious and got me the correct filters ASAP but only 4 at first (vs. Six). She corrected that error promptly and the company declined my offers to mail back the unopened packages and suggested that I donate the products that did not fit. The AIR Filters DID/do fit, so I was essentially given a couple of years worth of those AND WILL TRY TO DONATE THE Wrong water filters.
The INITIAL Air PLUS WATER FILTER order fulfillment error was overcome by the nice staff efforts and generosity ALMOST enough to get a 5/5 but the time it took me to correct the initial listing error forces at least 1 star off overall.

Easy to navigate and quick delivery

I didn't receive the filters for a couple of weeks. When I contacted the company, they told me to be patient. I contacted them again after another couple of weeks had passed, at which time Iris began to look into the problem. She discovered that the package was list in a TN terminal, and offered to expedite my order and include an additional filter or refund my money. I received the shipment at the promised time and am very happy with the customer service Iris provided.

PurePlus Filters erroneously sent me six filters of the incorrect size. After communicating with their responsive support person, the company quickly sent me a set of the correct size at no cost to me. They even suggested I donate the wrong-sized filters and not return them - they will be going to our local Habitat for Humanity.

The machine was not working at all out of the box. I guess defective pump? No water going into the machine for water or to make ice. Pump would only pickup water from 5 gallon container up to the pump. That's it water wouldn't go any further??. Over $500 dollars. For this machine and now look.

The items shipped were not what was ordered. They were whole house filters but the wrong kind

Filters were the correct ones and were well packaged. I always use pure plus filters in my whole house filtration system.

Have a whole house filter system one of filter tanks cracked. Emailed the company five time and never got a response. I'm done with this company they suck.

Glad we were able to find the right company to provide the filters we needed. The price was right, and the order process was easy.

I’ve been using pure plus water filters on several of my refrigerators for many years. They work reliably and are a high-quality product.

This product does not work. I wasted money for no reason. Don’t buy this product.
