These filters are great. I have very hard well water and they were highly recommended by my contractor who uses PurePlus Filters at their home. Very effective and user-friendly.

The air and water filters for my fridge fit well, better than original I believe in thickness and layers for the air filter. The price was much lower than the manufacturer’s price and shipping was quick!

PUREPLUS = Pure aggravation, plus unneeded expense
As others reported, the filters don't fit correctly, and the company doesn't respond. Using Pureplus on my fridge caused me an $85 service-repair call. Steer clear.
Update: 8/13/24
When I responded to Pureplus's Trustpilot reply, I repeated my request for a refund and assistance with the $85 repair cost their destructive filters caused. They didn't acknowledge my refund request, and said I should try reinstalling. Their Trustpilot response — "we will do our best to resolve the issue for you" — was purely cosmetic.
Please note the company's fine print on its website:
"In order to receive a full refund, the customer must return the merchandise in brand new condition, unopened, unused, undamaged condition; unless confirmed defective."
How is a customer supposed to know how hopelessly defective Pureplus products are without opening or using them?

Pureplus don't stand by their product.
I have a Wholehouse water filter system. One of the blue canisters developed a crack and water pours out. Sent several emails to Pureplus with no response asking to purchase one blue canister so I can have the system working again. There are no parts in their website for purchase in case something goes wrong like me. It's very disappointing that they don't stand by their product and support a customer.

No response to email
I thought I ordered the correct filters for my refrigerator, according to the website, but obviously I did not. Emailed the co to correct and got no response.

Out of the last 4 pack of filters I…
Out of the last 4 pack of filters I purchased, one was defective. It would not make a seal. As a result my kitchen filled with water before I could get the water shut off. I wrote your company a letter describing this issue in hopes you would implement better quality control! Also, I have not received my current order now 11 days ago. When I go to tracking on FedX it tells me this. ("The package was canceled by the shipper and won't track info anymore").NO REFUND TO DATE!
