My case revolved around a product (goggles) which did not perform to expectations (head strap retainer). The case was resolved by replacement of the product although the timeline of emails advising various aspects led to some confusion. Well done to Ivy.

ProSwimwear had the suit we were looking for….when shipping was delayed, Ivy promptly responded to our inquiry and knew when it left customs in the US. This was during the holidays, and the kind and quick communication is appreciated as much as the beautiful training suit!

Ho ordinato una muta il 5 dicembre, mi è arrivata il 17 dicembre ad un fermoposta BRT, e va bene, andiamo a prenderla. La Muta era piccola pertanto l'ho spedita indietro il 18 dicembre pagando quanto richiesto. La spedizione ha avuto dei problemi in quanto sembra mancasse un mio documento di riconoscimento (mai chiesto da parte loro), ho chiesto loro supporto con due mail a inizio gennaio (o forse una a fine dicembre e una a inizio gennaio) ma nessuna risposta mi è pervenuta. Aggiornamento del 08/01/2025. Ho letto la risposta che mi hanno inviato via mail. Sembra che ci sia la possibilità di restituire l'articolo, porto la recensione da 1 stella a 3 stelle. quando completerò il reso la porto a 5 stelle e ciò starebbe a significare che, nonostante le problematiche di spedizione si sono comportati molto correttamente. Stay tuned! Aggiornamento del 15/1/2025. Devo ammettere che mi sono sbagliato. Hanno sopperito in autonomia alle problematiche create dal corriere e hanno rimborsato il dovuto. Sono stati veramente seri, spero in futuro di trovare una nuova muta da comprare da loro. Li consiglio vivamente!

I've been using Proswimwear for a couple of years for minor things like goggles, usually via Amazon.
Delivery is always timely, offer codes here and there are appreciated when it comes to training consumables as costs do add up, the postage I do find occasionally is a bit high and sends me shopping around elsewhere.
I can say the returns policy has been throughly tested given that I've tried on three higher value wetsuits, reboxed them and sent them back for sizing reasons - initially the returns portal was down so the easiest option was to reorder another suit and try again via email. Proswimwear were quick and helpful via email and had me covered with a returns label immediately, they took zero issue with returned suits and refunded me fairly quickly, which to be fair - many retailers can be pretty unforgiving and slow with given how easily suits can be damaged by a stray fingernail and contaminated etc. - really appreciated when I'm completely losing the plot already juggling 7 returns for wetsuits and 8 in shoes across 5 retailers for racing next season.
Zero nagging for refunds required!

The site does feel a bit dated/clunky and the initial returns info could have been easier to get a hold of instead of having to google but that doesn't detract from great customer service.

Also not a criticism and feedback given in sincerity: Emails do carry a wooden "arms length" formal tone on support tickets, they are professional though so please don't hurt me.

Edit: Since leaving the review I also warrantied a pair of speedo goggles which were thoroughly used in the pool and had developed a fault - zero quibbles there either and resolved immediately once fault evidenced.

Pro Swimwear were so helpful when I had to return an Item that was too small for my daughter. They kept me up to date throughout. In future I will shop with them directly rather than through Decathlon.

They helped me identify potentially suitable items and their delivery of them was prompt and efficient. They were equally helpful with a return and refund. Highly recommended!

We have twice ordered advanced swimsuits from ProSwimWear at competitive prices and are very satisfied. The first time they provided good advice on open-water suits over the phone, the second time there were some small problems with delivery (not surprising with the post-Brexit customs complications) and again, the support was quick and helpful. Despite delivery to the continent, the p&p is very reasonable and both times we used the return service provided, which also worked well (apart from a small hitch with the website, but again, contact support and it gets solved). There were no problems with customs. We will certainly use Proswimwear again.

ProSwimwear were very prompt, understanding and have issued a replacement racing suit immediately after reviewing photos of the faulty one.

I ordered a new snorkel for my son. I then received an email stating that my club 10% discount had been activated. I had not realised when I ordered the snorkel that the discount needed to be activated, so had no had the benefit of the 10%. I asked the customer service rep who had emailed me if he could retrospectively take off the discount. He did it immediately. No issues, no further questions; just excellent, prompt, effective customer service. Would highly recommend.
