They offer no phone option to speak about an order issue where I received the wrong order with no recourse to send back where I do not pay the fees. I've submitted 3 emails and an order form with no response yet they ask that returns are done with in 14 days.
Customer Service Doesn't Exist
This is my second time ordering and I purchased three pairs of jeans. The FedEx driver marked the package as delivered with a photo of someone else's porch. I contacted FedEx and they couldn't locate my package and stated that the only way to move forward was for the shipper (FRAME) to contact them. I've reached out to FRAME for days via the contact form on the site and the email address that sent me the order receipt and I've had no response. I haven't even gotten a templated response – just nothing. There's no phone number listed for the company so I'm beginning to think that their customer service doesn't exist. Maybe they fired everyone and replaced them with AI. At this point, all I can do is have my credit card reverse the charge. It's pretty unbelievable.

Expected better support for a missing order
I ordered from FRAME expecting customer service that matched the brand’s pricing and positioning. That expectation was not met.
My order September 2025 was marked as delivered, but it was never received. I contacted customer service multiple times seeking help, but received generic responses and no meaningful assistance. The issue was never resolved, and no replacement or refund was offered.
For a brand that presents itself as premium, this level of support when an order goes missing is unacceptable. At this price point, customers should expect clear communication and accountability when problems arise. There are other denim brands that provide stronger customer support and stand behind their orders.
Incredibly horrible experiences
Incredibly horrible experiences. I have recently made a couple different orders and encountered issues on all of them. First, they sneakily add fake fees. Premium item protection fees were added to two lower cost items but not a very expensive item. The fee is added, but only noted once on the first screen and below buttons to move forward. Second, they take forever to respond to email and customer service submissions (and never actually help). Last, they have had a recent return for over two weeks; they acknowledge the return but have not refunded my money. After three attempts at contact them, the responded only to say that refunds are being handled manually and are taking longer than normal. Their website says returns are handled in 5-7 business days, total BS.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, they lost two of my return items and are now wanting to charge me for them. Saying they are going to send me a PayPal invoice to pay them for the lost items. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from a company. Do not shop here! Overpriced for what it is and greedy ownership. If you want to purchase Frame go somewhere where they have amazing customer service such as Revolve.
Got jeans into stains...
First time in my life I've got jeans into stains. "The Reboot Crop in White". They cost $258. For such price they have to be clean. Never ever I've got dirty clothes from 'fast fashion' brands...

Prior buying from Rohe frame
Prior buying from Rohe frame, I did read reviews, but I didn’t believe it. I wish I did. I contacted them about my order that is not delivered, due to wrongly printed address,they never reply. My order number is R16369. Please, help me get my package that I paid for.
Poor Quality
Please take the time to check your garments closely. The quality control is awful. Terrible stitching, literally falling apart at the seams. Contacted them because the waistband had come apart after wearing once. They offered a 20% discount which I accepted. I set the jeans aside until I had time to repair them which wasn't until now. After spending time looking them over, I realized that there's problems all over the place with the stitching and got sold a very expensive pair of shoddy jeans that weren't made properly. Sloppy stitching everywhere, poor tension, broken threads all over the place, with more seams already falling apart but not large enough for me to notice when I first reached out... Really disappointing.
The quality is very poor
The quality of their "le high" flare jeans is really bad. I bought them in 2 colors, and both tore within 10 times of wearing, and not just at the seams. I think the stretch makes the fabric too thin for decent jeans. Waste of money!

Fast delivery, replies and return
I had 3 pairs of skinnies that lasted me years and recently bought different models online. The experience was seamless and got fast dispatch with DHL. The jeans didn't suit and had to return them, and I got the refund no problem. Only thing to note is that the return from Ireland should be done via Global-e portal, not via Frame website. When I asked a question, customer service replied within one day.

Customer Service is really bad…I try to get in contact with Frame over a week to return an item…and there are just not helping me I guess I have to sit on a jeans which doesn’t fit…really annoying 😩

Acheté car forme et taille parfait mais au bout de un mois un trou, puis un autre puis encore un autre. La qualité est médiocre alors que le prix est excessif. Dommage car ils étaient confortables

I love my frame jeans. I wonder if these people with negative reviews actually bought from the frame official website https://frame-store or the knockoff/unofficial site I’ve seen online which is store-frame.com - beware of the latter!
Poor garment quality
Bought a pair of Frame jeans less than 6 months ago and wore them 5 times max. They ripped along seam on the outer leg when I crouched down yesterday. I’ve contacted Frame and they’ve said to contact store instead and that this might is ‘expected wear and tear’ I love jeans and usually don’t mind paying £££ for good quality pair but this quality is subpar. This should not happen with such light wear and in such short amount of time. Will not buy from them again.
This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. They have expensive jeans and zero sales or customer service online. They are tied to the SHOP app which forces a purchase without any purchase review. You can't reach anyone at Frame. It took 24 hours for someone to reply to my request to cancel an order with 5 minutes of Frame confirming the order via Shop. Their reply a day later was they can't cancel a purchase even though their website has an option to cancel order. They said they would try to contact the warehouse. But they were closed all weekend. I said if you and the warehouse are closed all weekend then how can an order be processed if no one is working.. today on 6/17 they shipped the item that I asked to cancel. They just want your money, they don't make any effort to help you and in this era of virtual e commerce how is it that they can't stop something 5 minutes after it was ordered but can also automatically ship it.
Worst experience with customer service. Arrogant and non helpful. I hope a return is not this painful
