I accidentally ordered the same item twice. I contacted customer service via email the same evening and the next morning they emailed me to say they had cancelled my second order and refunded the money back to my card. Excellent customer service.

I made an error with the payment details, and contacted customer services to amend the details. George was polite and friendly and sorted out the issue immediately. Thank you.

Products promptly received. When returning one item for a size change it was Lost in Transit by RM. After contacting the Customer Service team (Paige) the item was refunded with no quibbles.

After chating few seconds with the bot I was transferred to the support team. George provided a very fast and professional support helping in placing the order.

Really great customer service team. I had troubles with the delivery due the italian courier company. The customer service has always been supportive, with quick replies and suggesting solutions to fix the situation. Thank you.

We have sent bck the item that did't fit. We have recieved the return money, but it wsn't seen on the credit card. When I asked the support service, I got all the proves imediately about money transactions nd cleared everything with my bank. Thank you for great support.

Customer service lacking - my wife has bought a £165 swim costume and the sizing was wrong so we had to send it back to get another, which was fine and we had to pay for return postage. I accept that. Process seemed easy and they mentioned refund would be in 14 days, most companies refund earlier than this - We ordered the correct size but it has come ripped and my wife has emailed a few days ago and they have still not got back to us - they now have 2 x £165 of our money and my daughter doesn't have a costume now for an upcoming race. To say the least I am less than impressed by how our experience has been.

My wife received a refund and a replacement was sent out in time for the gala - the delay was inconvenient and caused undue stress and to my wife and daughter. I have upgraded the stars but experience was less than ideal

Excellent service from Paige who helped me with some faulty fins.

I received my order on 24th April, and proceeded to open the packaging of the swimming cap I had purchased. Unfortunately, the swimming cap was stuck together, and when I tried to separate it, it tore apart. This happened because the material was adhering to itself too strongly. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the management of Proswimwear, especially Mr. George, for assisting me. They have processed a return for me due to a rare defect. This is not my first time purchasing swimming equipment from them — I have been buying from them for several years. Thank you once again.

Excellent customer support from ProSwimwear. I had some faulty goggles, so I sent them them an email and photographs to illustrate the point. I received a very positive reply the next morning. No quibble or dispute: just a simple aplolgetic reply on behalf of the goggle manufacturere and a prompt reimbursement.

I bought a pair of racing jammers but they did not fit my 14 year old. I spoke to Sue, explained the situation and straight away she found a solution for me. I couldn't ask for better service and will definitely be using ProSwimmwear for all my future purchases. Thank you!

I can’t praise Sue enough for her speed and patience (with me in panic mode!). She made what could have easily been a horrible experience, actually a very pleasant experience. There was very little turnaround time for sorting a replacement suit after ours had a fault - but Sue made it happen! I need more Sue’s in my life making sure things get sorted!!

I've bought from ProSwimwear a number of times and they have a great range of products and really competitive pricing. The ordering process is nice and easy, and orders are sent quickly and usually arrive earlier than expected.
On this last order the goggles I'd ordered weren't what I was expecting to receive, and I had a problem using the return portal. I emailed them and they immediately set up an alternative, the return went through smoothly and I got the store credit I wanted quickly.
Very happy with them, and will be continuing to use them as my default provider for all things swimming related !

There was a great range and choice of swimwear. My only regret is that ProSwimwear don’t use the standard sizing for the UK, like 10,12 etc. Without knowing my exact measurements or having a tape measure to hand, I bought what I thought was a size 12 (after checking another sizing website) and got size 16, so had to return items. The team were very helpful with the return.

I’m really disappointed with this company, made a return, they did receive it, more than 14 days passed still not received any refund, racing swimming suits costs a fortune, I don’t understand why is taking so long to receive my money back!

They ship to the US
I was able to buy brands that were not carried in the US. I got the aquasphere snorkel and madwave pull board. The gears arrived pretty fast.

ProSwimwear are always reliable and provide excellent customer service. Today George responded very swiftly to a change of address needed for a delivery, and managed to sort this out immediately for me. Always happy to use ProSwimwear as I know I can trust their service and they will go above and beyond to help when they can (have previously had an issue with a racing suit arriving with a hole in, full refund sorted with no problem).
