I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Ivy, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service provided. From the very beginning, Ivy was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to fully understand my issue and worked diligently to provide a solution.

I had some problems that was resolved, after their best effords, with a webside that workes slowly.

Great service, I ordered 2 items and they arrived incredibly promptly and look to be very good quality. I'd contacted customer service to check on despatch and they were really responsive and helpful. Would definitely shop here again.

Received item promptly. Unfortunately the item developed a fault after less than three months use. I contacted proswimwear and the response was immediate and a full refund made within days. Very impressed with the aftercare and response times.

I have been a regular customer of Proswimwear for a while now. They have a much larger range of items than any other retailer I have visited and their prices are lower on any identical items than the other retailers. Having such a large range does seem to slow their website down, though. When scrolling through the pages I often have to wait for the system to catch up. Most recently I placed an order which, when processed at checkout came to a total larger than I expected. I noticed that a buy one get one free offer had not gone through. I left a message with the support team. After consideration I was advised by Ivy that I will get a refund on one of the bogof items. It is clear to me that Proswimwear and their team values my custom very highly, any queries I raise are always followed up until they are satisfactorily resolved. I will certainly continue shopping with them.

I would never recommend ProSwimwear. I have been buying from them for a while but I will not buy anymore. I bought a race suit in April. Literally worn twice and got ripped while trying the third time. No effort to help as manufacturer said it's not their fault. A full waste of money. In top of that I had to pay postage charge to get my items back. Very disappointed with their service.

I contacted proswimwear with an issue this morning and used their live chat system to speak to an advisor (Ivy), they were a massive help and helped put my mind at ease with the processes in place.

Really helpful, and happy to help me, guiding me to the right product i wanted. No pressure, just good service.

After purchasing a costume which wasn't fit for purpose after a couple of months ,I emailed customer service.Agneta and Esther between them dealt with my issue politely and very promptly .High praise for their customer service.

Proswimwear have quite simply the best after sales customer service we have ever received from any online company.
Having had an issue with a 5 month old Speedo fast skin, we contacted Speedo UK directly to discuss a manufacturing defect, 6 emails later and no further on "we all know the drill with these companies!"
I was passed from pillar to post and asked the most ridiculous questions' over and over.
After 30 days its not really the retailers problem but out of interest i contacted proswimwear and was overjoyed with the professionalism, a quick email with some photos of the defect to the suit and 2 hours later a full refund,

My son spent some of his birthday money on some racing goggles but unfortunately the strap wouldn't hold and worked it's way loose during his swims. Ivy dealt with this issue very efficiently and it was resolved less than 24hrs after me raising a query! Great service!
