Have been waiting over 4 weeks for a refund.

Just chatting with Paige for information on their products Paige was most knowledgeable and helpful. This has prompted me to now return to their website and make some well informed purchases. Highly Recommended! :)

Updating my review following resolution.

Initial experience was very disappointing.

I received a wetsuit that was damaged on arrival and reported this immediately. The item was returned unused, however the company initially refused to issue a refund and claimed that I had caused the damage.

Only after further escalation was the matter properly reviewed and a refund was eventually issued.

While I appreciate that the issue has now been resolved, the process was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. Customers should not have to push this hard to receive a refund for a faulty item.

I hope the company improves how it handles similar situations in the future.

I wasn't familiar with the company and I was surprised by their professionalism and customer support.

I placed the order at the end of November 2025. They sent me used swimwear, and it took two months before I received my refund. The case is still not closed, as I am dealing with the return of another swimsuit that I have wanted to return since delivery because it was too small. Due to insufficient communication and long delays between individual actions, a misunderstanding arose. The parcel was delivered three weeks ago, and I have received no message from the e-shop confirming delivery of the goods, while customer support keeps telling me that the parcel is still in transit, even though the post office confirmed it was delivered a long time ago. The whole case has been ongoing for three months, and the amount involved is £360. I will never shop from their e-shop again.

Ordered an item at 10.30 on Thursday, for my sons weekend swim competition. The company offered next day delivery with DPD, if you paid extra and ordered before 14.00 during the week. This would appear to just be another means to extract money from the customer, as our ordered item failed to arrive next day. On checking with DPD the day after ordering, the item was actually still with ProSwimwear. Goodness knows how long they will take to deliver. The next day delivery would appear to just be a scam. I will now have to seek a refund on the delivery cost, and may well just cancel the order and get it somewhere cheaper, where there is a few days wait on delivery.

I had an issue with a defective racing suit I purchased recently. I was worried the return process would be complicated, but the Customer Service team was outstanding. Paige Florence handled my case very professionally: she reviewed the photos of the defect and, since a replacement wasn't available, she issued a full refund to my bank account immediately. It is very reassuring to buy from a shop that stands behind its products. Thank you, Paige!

As a repeat customer I can definitely recommend Proswimwear for the quality products and wonderful customer service. A recent issue I had was resolved within 24hrs of my email being sent which gave peace of mind and reassurance for future purchases. A very efficient and effective customer service department, always ready to answer any questions.

Beware! They are very unaccomodating when issue arises. Had a race suit where the stitching failed and clearly a fault and they just quote terms.

Suggest buy elsewhere so get some after sales service. I’ll never buy off them again

Called today as issues in placing an Order. Sue was most polite and helpful and apologised for telephone issues and also online purchase issues. Sue sent emails about my Order and a link for payment. We discussed returns if size is too big and having purchased a number of wetsuits in the past I’m confident that all will go smoothly now. Thanks Sue and Team @ ProSwimwear.
