I had an issue with a defective racing suit I purchased recently. I was worried the return process would be complicated, but the Customer Service team was outstanding. Paige Florence handled my case very professionally: she reviewed the photos of the defect and, since a replacement wasn't available, she issued a full refund to my bank account immediately. It is very reassuring to buy from a shop that stands behind its products. Thank you, Paige!

As a repeat customer I can definitely recommend Proswimwear for the quality products and wonderful customer service. A recent issue I had was resolved within 24hrs of my email being sent which gave peace of mind and reassurance for future purchases. A very efficient and effective customer service department, always ready to answer any questions.

Beware! They are very unaccomodating when issue arises. Had a race suit where the stitching failed and clearly a fault and they just quote terms.

Suggest buy elsewhere so get some after sales service. I’ll never buy off them again

Called today as issues in placing an Order. Sue was most polite and helpful and apologised for telephone issues and also online purchase issues. Sue sent emails about my Order and a link for payment. We discussed returns if size is too big and having purchased a number of wetsuits in the past I’m confident that all will go smoothly now. Thanks Sue and Team @ ProSwimwear.

I was surprised when i saw they accepted my "price match" so got some stuff really well priced when the rest was already unbeatable.
Some stuff came damaged and even tho i reorder again straight away, they refunded the previous one so happy days!

Purchased my daughter a Speedo pure valor 2.0 race suit in March 2025. She kept it to wear for the first time at British Champs last week. It was worn for her heat swim, and then it ripped when she was putting it on for her final. I contacted ProSwimwear to ask if they could resend the invoice as fellow swim parents suggested claiming on our travel insurance. I spoke to a Sue who kindly offered to contact Speedo from her end to try and claim under warranty as it was literally brand new. Less than 24hrs later, and Speedo have offered a full refund under warranty.
The professionalism shown from Sue, and her speed of service have resulted in a relieved outcome in our favour. Thank you Sue and ProSwimwear.

Purchased the ZONE 3 Agile Wetsuit from Pro Swimwear, the suit retails for £219 and they sold it at £198. Ordered and it arrived promptly via Royal Mail. Upon opening there was a small indentation on the chest area, I took a photo and sent it to their support centre, and they arranged for free return and refund. The indentation was caused by the way the suit was folded and the zip had been compressed into the suit during postage. Anyway, after getting a refund and excellent help from George I ordered a new suit (same), which promptly arrived with no issues. All in all can’t fault Pro Swimwear

I was very impressed with the support team who promptly answered all my questions about wetsuit sizing and returns. They went direct to manufacturers to get their recommendations for my specific measurements. Paige Florence did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they would do and fed back to me. Very unusual these days. I ended up happy with a wetsuit that fits. The returns process is also very simple.
