Shocking company...no phone number to ring. Takes days for a reply and I'm sure it's just an automated one. Paid express delivery but received an email 3 days after to tell me my daughters world book day costume wasn't going to arrive. Now charging me to send it back. There not even bother. Do not order from them shocking company

DO NOT ORDER of this site I literally orderd a week before worlds book day thinking oh yes my children’s outfits will come on time as the delivery was saying be to me on the 5th of march a day before worlds book day and NO they never arrived they arrived one week later and when you try contact party delights it takes them a week to get back to you there’s no phone number
Just do not order or you be devastated they send a email saying there going to send tracking number and even that comes week after

Unreliable, and will never order from them again. I ordered balloons with express delivery for my partners 50th birthday, and my order was cancelled the day before delivery was due. Luckily I was able to reorder from a more reliable company. Use this company with caution!

I ordered a costume and paid for next day delivery as I needed it for world book day. I then received an email a few days later saying that the parcel would not arrive by world book day and I could cancel my order by emailing customer services. I emailed to cancel the order, however have still been charged and the parcel has been sent to me. I have emailed multiple times to request a refund and have had no response from customer services. Party Delights want to charge me to return the item, as well as me having to pay for postage.... No phone number online so at a loss of what to do?!

I ordered a two costumes, I paid extra to have one delivered in two days. I received an email to say it wouldn't arrive on time, I responded asking if this was both costumes (including the one I had paid extra for), no response....... I then requested a refund..... no response. One of the items has been sent, one I am still to receive.

CLOSED Full refund provided by payment provider (PayPal) UPDATE 14th March 2025. As with many examples on here, product sent late and THEN a 'we're sorry, we can not cancel the order as it has been dispatched' excuse. Though funnily enough, just responded to an email within 24hrs. When a seller references 'consumer rights' in a response, albeit incorrectly, you know they are in trouble. Ordered for birthday, delivery date of 7th March 2025. Nothing. No update. But daily spam email from the company to buy more. Why would I? Items still showing waiting to be ‘picked’. Can not block the spam in case the company actually respond to my request, on the promised failed delivery date, to cancel and refund. Looking at these reviews, common theme. Company take the money, do not provide the product. What it looks like, from these reviews, that it will eventually be sent, too late, and the added inconvenience to return and no doubt argue about the £2.50 return charge for the non existent service and late delivery. I hope mine and other customers’ money is helping cash flow. Raised a dispute with payment provider.

Same as all other reviews. Paid express delivery for it to guarantee arrival on 5th.
No communication since the World Book Day delayed email. I asked for it to be cancelled.
No response.
World book day came and went.
I messaged on Facebook. No response.
The phone number on the website does not exist.

Got a dispatch email and item was delivered today 8th or rather just left on doorstep. I would have refused the delivery and given it back. Item is completely useless to my 5 year old now.

Paid via PayPal and have disputed the case since I have now read that refunding through the company may never happen or either extremely delayed. I refuse to pay a refund delivery charge.

I put all the communication screenshots to PayPal so they hopefully take my side.

It seems they are affiliated with a company called gingerray.co.uk (who also have appalling reviews with similar issues) as the packaging is not partydelights branded, but gingerray.co.uk.

What a waste. Complete joke of a company.

Overall, AVOID! And I would recommend anyone in the same situation to dispute it with their bank/method of payment.

Never buy from them or gingerray.co.uk.

Product not received in expected and reasonable timeframe. Now useless if it does appear. No contact from company except marketing. Zero response to complaint. Advise avoid company.

Ordered Balloons for an 80th Birthday, they only arrived the day after they were supposed too and late in the afternoon, could not track the delivery with the link they sent, emailed about this and they never responded, then got email from another company called AMSCAN which I thought was a scam but was actually to do with the delivery which was now too late as balloons were needed as part of decoration for small party on the date I specified for delivery, emailed another two times as no contact telephone number, still no reply !! Will not use again very disappointing and no contact from Party Delights.

Ordered my daughter’s costume on the 1st of March, paid for express delivery (£6.95) Date for delivery: 4th of March. 2 days before I needed it. Fabulous I thought!
On the 3rd, I receive an email saying that it is unlikely I will receive it by world book day (6th), I still had time to cancel and purchase elsewhere if I need to! I emailed them straight back asking to cancel referencing my order number as requested so it could be tracked and requested a refund. Nothing.
I emailed them again the following day and receive an automated response, a team member will be in touch within 2 days. Nothing.
I receive an email on the 6th March saying my item been dispatched and then receive it Friday the 7th of March. I’ve emailed them again to say I don’t need it, it arrived too late, I purchased elsewhere and respectfully would like a refund. Nothing…. Extremely frustrating, awful service. I will never use this company again.

terrible company. don’t even think about buying anything from them. I purchased something last week and they said “expected delivery date 6th March”. This date passed, and I emailed them telling them I wish to cancel the order. As it is no use to us now.

Lo and behold, after sending the email asking to cancel the order, I almost immediately get a dispatched notice.

They have no contact phone number, it is difficult even to find an email address and they didn’t reply directly to the email I sent asking to cancel, instead they sent the order they knew I no longer wanted.

I think I will wait till it arrives and return it anyway. Terrible, terrible company.

Absolutely disgusting company!! Do not order from them!! Ordered an outfit for a child’s fancy dress, item arrived of poor quality, completely fell apart after one wear. Emailed company to ask for refund, photographs sent to prove this. They asked me to return item and provided free returns label. 3 weeks later and they still haven’t received item and are refusing to provide me with a refund despite me providing evidence that I posted it. Absolutely awful customer service- wish I had seen all the other reviews before I ordered anything.

Would give this company a nil review. They’re quick to take your money but ignore you when you have a problem. I’ve emailed three times since Saturday with no response as there is no tel number to contact them on.
Bought a helium canister for my husbands 60th birthday and my daughters 30th birthday as we were going to centre parcs for the weekend. I had bought lots of balloons some big number ones and others. Went to use the canister and it wouldn’t work as there was a fault on the valve.. totally wasted over £20 as can’t be used. I may aswell have thrown my money in the bin. Plus the helium balloons . Definitely stay away from this company they just rip you off. STAY AWAY

I placed an order on Saturday 1 March and paid for Express shipping so that my daughter would have an outfit for World Book Day on Thursday 6 March. Received the order confirmation on Saturday and no other correspondence and have only now this morning (Thursday) received an email that it is shipped after emailing them twice and not having any response. Luckily Amazon sold the exact same outfit and I got next day delivery in time, thank god otherwise my daughter wouldn't have had an outfit. Will not order from this site ever again. BEWARE.

Ordered a world book day outfit last week for my daughter which should of arrived yesterday 5th march ,it did not arrive nor have i reveived any email regarding my order on where it is !! The company is a joke ,theres no direct contact number only email which they do not reply too !

I wish I had seen these review prior to ordering. Ordered a costume for world book day on the 25th February, it hasn’t come and it says ‘picking’. Then says my estimated delivery is end of March?! Sent an email and no response. Action needed as this is a scam

Please be very cautious when ordering from this company. I have paid for express delivery and 3 days later they told me my order had missed shipping. 6 days later m order is sat in their shipping crate.
They can not remove it from the crate.

Very annoying.....I try to use independent companies but then after being let down here Amazon came to my rescue.

Just received an advertising email from Party Delights to say "Your surprise awaits". Well, my surprise is I should have received a costume for World book day having paid for express delivery and it isn't here. I wish I'd read reviews before. Gutted daughter.

Awful customer service! Do not order SCAM. No item and paid express delivery and now have to try and get something sorted by tomorrow! Shocking service! No email! It just says picking?

Paid for item, paid £6.95 for express delivery. Supposed to be here, item still says picking. Sent emails and messages on Facebook heard nothing back at all world book day tomorrow cheers guys
