Nothing received. No response to emails.
Now I've received a feedback form to ask how my order is!
Non-existent. That's how it is!

Ordered 20th April and the items have still not arrived. This was for my child’s birthday that has been and gone! There is no response when emailing them or using the contact form on their website. I use to trust this website. I bought lots of bits for my wedding in 2024 and did not have such issues. I will never be buying from this website again.

Item never arrived and no contact from the company. Contacted numerous times with no reply!

Unfortunately the same review as previous - I ordered some decor for a baby shower I was throwing a few wees back. The baby shower has been and gone and my items never arrived. They took my money and were impossible to get in touch with. Avoid!

After two weeks I’m still waiting for my order to be shipped. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. Scam company. Avoid.

Avoid. Ordered bits for a wedding, they have taken my money fast enough but have not shipped the goods and absolutely no reply from any of my emails or web site enquiries. Very poor customer service beginning to feel like I’ve been scammed. Started process via my bank to try and get my money back.

On the website it says delivery between 5-7 working days I had ordered well within this to arrive in time for a hen do, after 3 working days i didn’t receive any further notifications so emailed them and asked when it would be shipped no response still but it was shipped the day it was supposed to arrive by the very latest and arrived a Saturday after we had left for airport so I’ll need to return as I have no use for it now

Spend £50 - placed an order a few weeks ago and still haven’t received it.

Do not order. They were trusted but now it’s not the same. Order placed, money taken and now no response. Items hasn’t turned up for my daughters 1st birthday so having to go and get more. No one contacts you back and no phone number. Praying the bank can get my money back!!!

I ordered some items a couple of weeks ago. After a week and no delivery notification, I tried calling - the phone line was dead. So I went to their shop in Weybridge which clearly closed a while ago. They haven’t filed company accounts which were due at the end of March 26. I would absolutely advise not to purchase anything from this company as it seems to have gone out of business but is still taking your money!!!

My item never arrived! I made contact with Ginger Ray numerous times via email, their contact form on their website and Facebook messenger and not one single acknowledgment or reply! This item was for our wedding and was just one extra stress I could have done without. I am still waiting for a refund - how on earth I will get one when they never reply is beyond me...

Order placed 11 days ago but not yet received. There’s no telephone number for customer services so sent 3 emails requesting an update. I’m still awaiting a reply. Clearly there is something going on/wrong at the company for such a shocking service. Such a shame as I’ve previously used the company without any issue.

Absolutely shocking customer service have still never replied to 3 of my emails.
Ordered the bride cowboy hat, three weeks ago. Never updated with tracking and no product has been delivered.

I placed an order a week in advance of the date I needed it for and it never arrived. They were beautiful botanical candles for her sister’s 40th birthday to go on the cake we had especially made for her. I clicked on the tracking link and it said awaiting information. I have sent several emails to the customer service email asking when the candles were going to arrive and even on the day I emailed to say will they be delivered today. So so disappointing as we had to use standard candles that we luckily had in the cupboard for what was supposed to be extra special for my sister’s 40th birthday cake. I am still waiting for a response and will definitely be asking for a refund for the candles and the delivery charge as even if they do arrive, they are no longer required

Terrible customer service, reached out twice now for an update on an order. Have birthday event coming up Friday and still unsure if these will arrive in time.

BEWARE you cannot return any clothing items if they have been opened! How on earth are you meant to check if items fit. Stuck with PJs that won’t fit. Would never recommend or buy from here again. Surely a breach of consumer law.
