I am very disappointed with the service from Party Delights. I ordered a World Book Day costume over the weekend via express delivery. I then received an email (into spam as it was sent from a no-reply email address) at 4.30pm on Monday to say the item won't arrive by Wednesday despite having paid **£6.95** for express delivery and it comfiming on the final order screen that the item would arrive on time for WBD.
I've attempted request a refund but I have been denied as apparently the item had already been packaged - I've been told to wait for the parcel to arrive, then print a label and return it before I'll be refunded - absolutely shocking considering the company have failed to deliver the advertised standard of service, yet I've now got to find the time to go to print a return label, before sending it back.. I've then got to wait until the return has been processed before I get my money back! Absolutely awful service. I would NOT recommend Party Delights.

Missing order and their telephone number doesn’t work. Ordered to arrive yesterday (which I paid extra for) tracking info doesn’t work.

I would give zero stars if I could, ordered my daughters world book day costume on Saturday paid approx £7 for express 2 day delivery, order number to track doesn't work, no email confirmation or dispatched emails and still hasn't turned up, it is now Wednesday afternoon and the day before world book day! Still no costume, I've messaged there fb page and emailed (yesterday morning) still no response, they were quick to take the money out my bank though, absolutely terrible company, first experience ordering from them and will never order here again

Emailed me to say order won't arrive on time for world book day and offered a refund, great service only knocked off a star because I was hoping for the order to arrive on time :)

Customer service terrible paid Extra for express delivery to be told it may not come in time because of shipping issues but when you go to check it says still picking well which one is it shipping issues or picking can’t take 48 hours to pick a item. Send emails and nobody respond

I would give 0 stars if I could, shocking service - I ordered some balloons for my father's 70th birthday and paid extra to ensure they would arrive on time. Come the day, the order hadn't even been picked from the warehouse! And now 5 days later the order still hasn't been processed, absolutely shocking service and very unhelpful customer service.

Have asked for a full refund and will NOT be using Party Delights again.

Would give zero if possible. Paid extra for Saturday delivery order hasn't arrived and automated response from email states 48hours to reply. Will be demanding a refund.

Not happy I ordered from this company on Friday to do a next day delivery which was a Saturday delivery never come on Saturday as My Son had a dress up party on the Sunday. I wish I read all the comments before ordering now they are saying that his costume would not even arrive for world book day

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company. Should not be allowed to take orders and your money. Ordered from them over a week ago and paid extra for next day delivery. I’ve sent numerous emails and messages via messenger and I’m just getting an automated response. 😡

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. No phone number, take days to reply and finally got told my order was out for delivery for my sons 1st birthday only to be told today there had been an issue with my order and it’s never even been processed…. But I have to wait for a refund. For a business based on time sensitive orders this lack of customer service is appalling. So disappointed.

They don't provide any customer support whatsoever. They don't reply to customer support emails, they don't answer customer support phone

I would give them no stars if I could. I spent £150 with this company. Two items didn’t arrive. One item was terrible quality and not fit for purpose. They take up to a week to reply to an email. If they reply at all, as they ignored my first email. They certainly do not reply the same day, ever. When they do reply, the communication is atrocious. They didn’t address all of the issues I bought up, didn’t explain anything or offer a solutions, you’ll certainly never get an apology. For two weeks, I’ve been trying to find out where my missing items are and if I can get my money back. My sons birthday is in four days and I have to source a Piñata, which is a very difficult thing to source last minute. I still don’t know if I’m going to get my money back because they still haven’t replied. There is a reason you can’t review them on their website. Do not trust this company.

AVOID!. Ordered 5 valentines balloons to be delivered the next day inflated in a box for my 5yo Neice. They arrived a day late at 2pm on saturday i placed the order on Thursday! i have emailed and had no response as the emails bounce back from the email address provided. The website said next day delivery if ordered before 8pm... i emailed and said i didnt want them if they didnt arrive on the delivery day requested. Not Heard Anything. Would Not Use Again.

Paid £26 for some valentines balloons which were supposed to be inflated in a gift box

This company used to be amazing and has been my go-to party supplier for years. However, the last few orders we have had issues with every time. Today only half my order arrived. No phone number to contact them to rectify it in time for my event so have half of what I needed which is worse than nothing! Will no longer use this company, so disappointing.

Company is in administration, they don't update their social media anymore and are clearly indebted. Don't bother people

I have placed order for nativity costumes, didn’t receive order on time and parcel tracking link wasn’t working.After seeing all the negative reviews, thought I lost the money.Contacted customer care and always responded to email within 2days. They declared parcel is lost and refunded the amount promptly to my account.Thanks to Natasha in customer care team .

Just placed an order with this company, then saw the bad reviews and checked Companies House and the company (PD REALISATIONS 2024 LIMITED) appears to be in administration. Emailed them and the email bounced back. Worried I won't receive my order...

No customer services , delivery took 7 weeks, costumes were not on time for kids christmas play . I gave one star because at least I got the products I ordered.....
