Ordered pizza. An hour goes by, nothing delivered. Phoned and he said the delivery had been cancelled. Payment in ‘pending’ not cancelled. He says ok.
45 minutes later still no pizza. Phoned - they hung up. Phoned four more times - each time answered but immediately hung up.
If they had taken the call and said sorry - fine.
But don’t friggin’ ignore me.
Going to wait and see if they process the payment but I will do a chargeback.
Now ordered from Dominoes.
Crap service. Don’t hang up on my call - be honest, we could have coped with it being delayed but Sid that if you just cut off the phone call. We order a couple of times a month but that will be the last order they get from me.

Catford branch - ordered cookies and a dozen wings (midnight cravings 😭) Waited for 40 minutes and then the tracker on the app said it had been delivered (it hadn’t). Tried calling the store, they didn’t pick up until the 3rd call. The worker said “there’s an issue with the app but it’ll be there in 5-6mins and if not to call back in 10 minutes.”

I waited another 20 minutes but still nothing, so then called them again. Spent another 30 minutes trying to call them, to at least cancel the order because it was 2am by this point, but no answer at all. Food never even got delivered.

Extremely not happy. Ordered pizza after an outing with my kids. Arrived home gave my son his share and later on decided to eat with my partner and a long piece of hair was stuck inbetween the dough, luckily right where they cut the pizza. So disgusting because now im thinking of the rubbish my kid just ate. We took it back and it will take 3 days for the refund to come through how unfair is that. I love ppa johns and this has put me off completely.

Order regularly from Bulwell branch and its our favourite pizza outlet by far.
Always plenty of toppings and cooked nicely. Normally piping hot when it arrives unless the driver uses his app and can drive past our house.

Spicy sauce. More peppers in sauce than tomatoes. Crust was bad also. I through it out and won't buy anymore pizzas from them

Absolutely shocking service from the Epsom Papa John’s. I had a terrible experience about a year ago and unfortunately nothing has changed. The management clearly has no idea how to run this branch.

Our order was over 40 minutes late. The tracker showed it was on its way, then it was suddenly cancelled and sent back for no apparent reason. When it finally arrived it was cold and clearly had been sitting around for ages.

I called the branch and all they kept saying was “it’s on its way”. There was no explanation, no apology and no attempt to put things right. The customer service was appalling from start to finish.

I genuinely cannot believe this branch is still in business. I will never order from the Epsom branch again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Pizzas turned up late and cold. Biggleswade manager argued it wasn't cold and refused to give his name. Made complaint and received no acknowledgement, apology or refund. Disgusting service

Turned away from the Sidcup branch of papajohns as a walk in. They didn't want to know a single order of a pizza. They have far to many more important customers... Terrible customer experience that has turned me off the business as a whole.

It's kinda calme and responsive in terms of serving

First time we had ordered from Papa Johns and it will be the last. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. We both ordered medium pizzas, which took ages to arrive and when we opened the boxes both pizzas had barely any toppings on. The pizza bases had a weird sweet taste and the toppings were low grade. Never again.

Wrong item delivered and phone number for Belvedere not working - phoned Welling branch who cut us off twice! Would never use papa johns again! Defo back to dominos for us!

Still terrible. PJs used to be my favorite pizza and I would order from them when ever I had a takeaway pizza. Then something changed and their pizza and service went down hill badly! Now I do it once a year just to check and see if PJs had returned to it's former glory. Sadly this time I can say they definitely have not improved, if anything quite the opposite. As ever pizza sizes are tiny now and the toppings are non-existent. God only knows how they are still in business these days.

ALWAYS receive poor service from Palmers Green branch. Toppings are minimal to say the least. Bacon potato tots with 3 pieces of bacon is taking the absolute pee, not to mention the bare minimum cheese. I wish I could attach a picture to show what they actually send on a regular basis.

Yuk! I spent £19.57 like a fool and the food was processed, unflavorful and bland. The delivery was 20 minutes late and the driver was sullen and didn't say a single word to me. Papa John's is out of toych and I strongly recommend that you do NOT waste your well earned pennies.

I ordered for collection what seemed like a great deal of 3 x XXL pizzas for £35. The pizzas were ALL undercooked (streaky dough especially in uneven crust edge areas). both the Full House and the Hawaiian were sparsely topped (see picture and count the ham and pineapple bits). These pizzas were for a gathering, but were left mostly untouched at best nibbled at. I called the Ditton branch the next morning to complain, but was told the manager wasn't in, and was promised that I would get a follow-up call.

I don't want compensation; However, I would like an explanation on why you are selling substandard food. And not call me back?

the service was really good it took a little bit of time but thats to be expected with freshly made pizza the woman who served me had GREAT customer service and she was really sweet. This was at the papa johns in bearwood guys i suggest you go there, its a LITTLE overpriced though but other then that GREAT quality
