Je vraiment aime, cette expérience resteras une expérience incroyable.

Je suis vraiment satisfaite du service j’ai vraiment aimé leur pizza
Papa johns so good 😍

It’s was very nice, I like it

Papa John’s is good it tastes just like the USA and the workers there are very nice and welcoming.

Pizza was incredibly dry. There should be way more tomato sauce. 🥫 I won’t order again from there. Garlic sauce was artificial and tasted like PVA glue.

Weymouth store, fantastic team, friendly , helpful great service

If I could leave zero stars i would. The staff seriously need a boot up the a**e.
After attempting to place an order online several times without much luck. I called their Tewkesbury store to place my order over the phone. To be greeted with initial silence, eventually I got a hello. Not hello Papa John's how can I help or anything like that, I had to ask if I had got through to papa John's. I explained the issue to be told no I cant find your order, I explained again that the site wasn't allowing it to go through, for the drip on the other end of the phone to say the online site is currently down. So I asked if I could place the same deal as online over the phone as this was a them problem not mine to just get a grunted no. Told him to forget it I'd spend my money else were, his response was ok enjoy your food and just hung up. Some serious training required Papa John's. I will never order from there again

We are just regular customers that received a free discount when we ordered. Service was amazing you could watch them make the pizza and it was amazing here at Dagenham Papa Johns

J’aime vraiment le service est agréable j’aime trop

We ordered our pizzas and instead of them taking our order they took our money (no pizza arrived)

Food was just about warm, chicken wings like rubber, threw the lot out, Trench Road Telford

Order took 1h 10 mins to arrive and was cold. Ordered from Watford branch. Chased after 45 mins and was told it would be here in 10 mins - it was a further 25 mins. Very poor experience

Very bad quality

Food was decent and the management is nice there.

From one of my favourite to the The most disgusting ,Worst, Careless, Pizza Place, Customer Service (None) & Rip Off.
I got my money back from my Bank as not received what I paid for.
Next contact ICO about data!

Very bad customer service, had a very disappointing exchange after a voucher code didn’t work due to poor service at Bromley branch

Awful if I could leave 0 I would .
Ordered 2 pizzas , 1 arrived , asked delivery driver where’s the other , he said he was only handed 1 so rang the branch and very very rude staff was told, ‘wasn't their problem’ and put phone down on me. Used to order from here a lot but getting worse and now worse . No more !

Vegan Works has disappeared. So has my custom. Shame.

Barely any topping, shockingly bad. The aylsham rd branch in norwich delivered on time and was warm snough but had to make the topping up with other stuff. It was like two big pieces of thick bread. Papa johns used to be good

In the words of an old advert
"Probably the worst pizza in the world"
Ghastly crust, stale toppings.
I would never enter another Pappa John's.
