Papajohns Anmeldelser

Ordered from the Arnold branch a couple weekends ago & told the man I would write a review but I was too late to do the survey :( but wanted to say not only was the food nice (I love papa johns it’s the best pizza in the world please never close again) but the man who was in the shop on 12/09/26 in Arnold was so lovely. Very kind man & very kind pizza I will deffo order again. Rung me to let me know my pizza was ready & I was shocked at how quickly it was done! All the food was still hot when I got there. Sorry I was too late for the survey :( but you are amazing, hope you see this or whoever looks at the surveys

the manager gave us coupons and was very welcoming. tge pizza is very delicious too!! they have good music choices and the overall dining experience was great.

Would be zero stars if that was an option. Ordered from the lowestoft branch and was disgusted with the services. Food never arrived and had multiple phone calls from the delivery driver asking for directions. I could barely understand the driver and was left massively disappointed when the driver took the pizza's back to the restaurant without a refund. I will never order papa johns again absolute scammers

L'accueil était chaleureux, le service est très rapide et la pizza 🍕 est trop magnifique merci

The pizza was delicious to be honest i highly recommend, thanks to the amazing stuff for their kindness and the manager Pratik for his professionalism .

I love it

Pratik good night service

Swindon store on Moredon road, took over an hour for delivery the food was stone cold and the store were no help!!!! Never again would I order from a papa johns. Poor service poor everything

Think this would have been nice had the topping been on the base and not a pile of sludge in corner, no one answering phone either to communicate, wont be bothering again

We ordered our pizza online and eagerly awaited its arrival. Ordered food then tracked the driver for the short 10 -15 minutes drive from the store to my home. Watching the app the driver was at the Sainsbury’s roundabout which is less than 2 minutes from my house however the driver was seen to go into Sainsbury’s. Over 30 minutes later (must have done the weekly shop) he then went to the Sainsbury’s petrol station the food them arrived over an hour after it was ordered and the food was delivered cold. Only the second time I have ordered from papa johns doubt very much I will order again.
Maybe they came from Italy !!
