Deplorabil! Mi e și scârbă sa mai scriu aici.
Cine dorește servicii de la Orange mai bine cautati în alta parte. Și mai ieftin și mai bun.

They scammed me with an incomprehensible contract that forced me to be tied to them for 30 months at the maximum price, forcing me to buy an old Nokia to unlock my personal phone.

Aseară am vrut sa descarc o aplicație pentru qr Code după magazin play si fără sa imi ceara acordul sau sa ma anunțe m-am trezit cu cost suplimentar la orange. Am sunat la ei,au spus ca au contract cu terți. Pana nu am spus ca merg la protecția consumatorului nu au vrut sa rezolve situația. Părerea mea,orange ori are contract cu scameri,ori sunt aplicațiile orangelui. Multe persoane sau plins de aceeași situație. Rușine Orange

I was waiting for a programming between 14 to 16 and nobody came to repair a fiber optic. No phone call to say is not coming today.

I had a contract that lasted two years. 1 month before it was suppose to end, I tried to contact them to change to a better deal. Imposible to get in contact with them. Am ramas neplacut surprins de serviciile oferite de orange. Sunt client din 2001 la serviciile de telefonie si televiziune. Ma gandesc serios sa ma portez in alta parte.

Am încheiat un contract de fibră optică cu Orange. Nu mi-au trimis factura nici prin mail, nici prin poștă. Am apelat de două ori la serviciul client, care nu a reușit să rezolve problema. Nu am mai utilizat serviciul lor de atunci, din cauza asta.
Acum primesc o scrisoare de la o companie de creanță. Ridicol.

Am făcut o reclamație scrisă către Orange în legătură cu o situație neclară din abonament (o sumă de 18,10 lei/lună plătită în plus timp de doi ani, din cauza unei oferte comunicate greșit la reînnoirea contractului).
Am fost sunată de doamna Gabriela Munteanu, care s-a aplecat cu atenție asupra problemei mele, a ascultat cu răbdare toate explicațiile și a găsit imediat o soluție corectă.
Datorită implicării sale, abonamentul meu a fost redus cu 40 lei, iar situația s-a clarificat complet.
Mulțumesc pentru profesionalism, empatie și seriozitate , un exemplu de cum ar trebui să funcționeze relația dintre client și companie!

Cea mai proastă experiență posibilă cu Orange România

Sistemul lor de suport pentru clienți este practic inexistent. Poți suna, scrie, trimite porumbei că tot nu răspunde nimeni. M-au plimbat zile întregi între roboți și formulare fără sens. Niciun om real, nicio soluție, doar promisiuni și nervi.

După ani întregi de client fidel, am ajuns la concluzia că Orange România trăiește într-o altă lume — una fără servicii, fără respect și fără interes pentru clienți. Rușinos.

Una ti se ofera in detalii pe aplicatie si in termeni si conditii - alta ti se ofera, defapt, in realitate :)) aparent daca ti se reincarca automat contu nu primesti beneficiile optiunii, pentru ca nu o face orange, o face sistemul lor automat :)) penal!

Worst company ever .I hope it shares the same fate as ENEL and gets the hell out or Romania .They have shady tactics -call you in the last day and hour when you want to close a subscription saying that you have to do this or that and cannot close your subscription ,Don't close your subscription on the spot ,they make you wait 10 days in which they call you 2-3 times more to convince you to quit ....Don't reply to complains in e-mail but by phone and that is making the job harder for you if you want to file a complaint ....yeah .shady

Foarte prost internetul chiar și după un restart la ruter nu merge sa mă uit la videoclipuri pe YouTube la o calitate mai mare de 144p

WORST SALES TACTICS EVER!
You spend your own time to go to an Orange shop to cancel a contract, they try to sell you a new one there, you refuse.
Then they say the request to cancel was sent, but you need to wait UP TO 11 DAYS, so that another person will call you eventually and try to convince you otherwise, while you try to beg her to cancel the damn contract already cuz you have better things to do than to talk to her in the phone.
And of course during all this time another invoice gets through your mail.

I bought a €20 roaming option that never worked. I spent over an hour speaking with three different agents who had no solution – instead, they managed to activate the same option three times (€60)

Even worse, after my mother passed away two months ago, I asked Orange several times to remove her from my contract. They demanded a “termination fee” that didn’t even exist in their system. I had to go to an Orange store and pay this fee blindly, and only afterwards did they “find” it in the account and finally process the removal.

This company exploits customers with abusive practices: hidden charges, endless bureaucracy, and zero accountability. Even in the case of death, you must pay just to remove a number from your own account.

Absolutely unacceptable. Stay away from Orange!

M-au ademenit cu pret mic primul an,apoi mi l-au dublat si al treilea an l -au dublat iar

They make anything (including frauds) in order for them to take your money ! I had a very, very bad experience, with a contract which was prolonged without my permission, braking the laws. Am activat o extra optiune, GO Explore, de 20 euro pt Turcia, cu 20gb de net si 30 min voce, dupa doua zile nu mai aveam nici net nici minute, sa zicem ca minutele se puteau consuma in doua zile, cu toate ca aplicati telefonulului spune ca nu, dar 20gb de net e aproape imposibil sa-i consumi in doua zile, aplicatia telefonului spune ca au fost utilizati aprox 500mb de date mobile, deci Orange a luat banii si servicii ioc!

Am făcut o reîncărcare online pe site-ul lor, au trecut 2 zile și nici acum nu s-a primit. Contractezi niște nesimțiți și incompetenți care te mint cu orice informație, nu sunt capabili sa rezolve nicio problema și mai sunt și angajații lor. Deja mi-am făcut cerere de portare la Digi.
Pe langa faptul că la o reîncărcare de 6 euro internetul este groaznic de slab.

Company covering for scammers and not respecting European laws.
If you are honest why would you cover for click baiters and charge their so called (unwanted) services via your bill.
This looks like organised crime, really!
My parents got scammed on their Orange mobile abonnement and paid extra weekly (!) charges, on the Orange bill!!! for things they never asked and used.

One of my parent is scammed at Orange office for the so called reason of extending the contract and he ends up with a second phone number, that he never uses but when he wants to stop it he is threatened with a ~100EUR exit charge. So that he continues paying elevated monthly charged for two mobile numbers under the threat of a one time huge exit fee.

Disgusting, you should be ashamed!

Niste ratati cu servicii 0. Pun batranii de 80 de ani sa faca reset la wifi…
