I bought SIM and guy in store told me I have unlimited internet, only to find 10 days later he lied to me and i get only 60Gb and in other stores for same price you get 250Gb. Never go here!
What the hell is Orange Romania network doing!?
What the hell is this network doing? I bought a SIM card based on online offers. The offer that gets activated is bs and the one online is not the one you get.
The lady in the shop had no idea what the offers are.
I tried to get my credit back to buy another offer and I get a message that it can't be done because something was used, well, yes setting up the bloody SIM card uses stuff like data. What a joke of a mobile provider.

After 3 phone calls and 5 min of clicking, a voice answered and after hearing my problem (mobile app not working during half a day) they hang up with no reaction.
I have to admit that after a while the app worked.

Worst company I ever come across
Worst company I ever come across. My parents are abroad for my father's treatment and explained to them multiple times that my 85 years old gradma can't install the Internet at their house. They kept promising they will send someone to install but months passed with phone calls made chasing and no one turned up. Mealtime, my parents paid for an internet that was not used as not installed. They have no regard for vulnerable people, they simply don't care about their customers.
My parents requested numerous times since for the termination of contract since they didn't come to install it and paid for it not being used. As they're abroad for treatment they had to rely on calls and online requests. No one is helping. They promise something and they don't keep their word. They also keep lying. Stating they need to pay for equipment that one of their operators told my parents before that they paid for and we have invoices to prove. Or lie they will end the contract and surprise surprise another bill comes in the post. It's unbelievable what they get away with. I don't know how they're still trading. Shameful. Do not get a contract with them. They only care about making money and have no ethics and no customer service whatsoever.

Bună ziua.Nu vi s-a întâmplat sa va treziți cu abonamente de care nu știați și nu ați semnat nimic??
Ei bine tatăl meu,a patit-o de 2 ori.Atata l-au "sucit "pana efectiv nu mai știa ce a semnat .A plătit 2 ani abonamente pentru TV și internet(router)pe o alta adresa din orașul învecinat.Asta am aflat tot de la ei.Am făcut sesizare și nici acum nu iau fost returnați banii sau sa se facă cv în acest sens.Au închis cica abonamentul dar banii nu iau dat înapoi.Oare ce as putea face?

Very bad services, as a constumer for nearly 2-3 years for their broadband services, I am waiting for nearly 2 weeks without interned and waiting for them to sort out it out.
Every mssage that I'm getting from them is that "a consultant is reviewing and will get back shortly"

Este foarte dificil de anulat contractul cu această companie. Nu mi se pare corect să nu ai posibilitatea de a anula un contract în momentul în care te prezinți în sediul orange și trebuie să aștepți între 1-7 zile. Menționez că aceste contracte sunt expirate.
Sim barred for 200 sms in 5 days
I went to romania for two weeks,bought a sim prepay and after 5 days i had my sim barred. Called customer service and they said is barred by fraud team. After 4 days got my sim unlocked,made a complaint and the result was that i sent too many sms. In 5 days around 200 sms is a lot from their point of view .

Horrendous service on all levels. Complete lack of concern and disrespect for the customer. Impossible to talk to the correct people, they do not fix the problem. You pay for internet and then don't get internet for days on end with no warning or explanation and no speed in solving the problem. I have lost earnings due to their inefficiency and they don't care.

Daca abonamentul meu a expirat, si mi-am exprimat dorinta de ''n'' ori de a rezilia contractul cu voi din varii si obiective motive( oral si in scris) , de ce am fost trecuta fara voia si consimtamntul meu la categoria''ofertari''?? Nerusinare la cote extreme. Si, ma tineti minute bune si la telefon pe BANII MEI( Serviciul Suport Clienti) via 2 operatoare indiferente si incompetente, ca sa trec printr-un proces absurd si kafkian de a imi obtine drepturile legale si regulamentare!! Dar ce sunteti voi, oligarhii de la Orange?Stat in stat ? Bataie de joc la adresa clientilor, dupa 10 ani, in perioada de craciun s-a rupt fibra optica de la cutia la care eram legat si nu exista echipa care sa o repare. Te mint toti si isi bat joc de tine si dupa ei fac pe nevinovatii. Cum pot sa sun si sa vorbesc civilizat si sa nu existe echipa disponibila si dupa ce ma rastesc brusc devine un interval disponibil.
Nu mai zic de telefoane inchise in nas ca imi cer drepturile contractuale si se frustreaza angajatii care se exclud din orice vina si zic ca ei sunt un simplu angajat nu imaginea Orange Romania. Atata timp cat nepasarea este la cote maxime, Orange o sa ramana un gunoi si o sa dispara la fel ca alte companii care si au tratat la fel clientii.

The most terrible on the market! Terrible! they make fun of us on our money! shame on you! and you have some embarrassing operators.... the competitor's offers are much better, and if you want to port a number, they want to charge you a lot more for ending the contract, but they don't offer you anything better even if you are an old customer.
A Complete Disaster of Incompetence and Exploitation
Orange Romania has reached new depths of customer neglect and corporate incompetence. Their customer service is an absolute joke. Let’s start with their infuriating robot assistant, Djia, which perfectly stands for “Dreadful, Junk, Ineffective, Atrocious.” It’s a glorified time-waster incapable of resolving even the simplest issue. Whoever designed and approved this embarrassment has no business working in customer service. Top management should immediately fire the people responsible for unleashing Djia on unsuspecting customers. It’s a disservice, not a service.
Then there’s their shameful account management practices. A telecom subscription with a negative balance—that I never used—was inexplicably moved to Orange Romania, and now I’m being told I have to pay. And how did they inform me? They didn’t. No letter, no email, no phone call. Just silence, until it’s time for them to demand money. This level of negligence isn’t just unprofessional—it’s predatory.
The user experience across the board is an unmitigated disaster. From their garbage systems to their exploitative practices, Orange Romania seems determined to make life miserable for its customers. Top management needs to wake up and fire the incompetent managers who thought any of this was a good idea. It’s clear that no one in charge understands customer needs, let alone how to run a telecom company.
AVOID THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS. DON’T LET ORANGE ROMANIA EXPLOIT YOU LIKE THEY’VE EXPLOITED SO MANY OTHERS.
Dau o stea ca nu pot da zero stele
Dau o stea ca nu pot da zero stele. Degeaba aveti servicii bune daca nu aveti si client service. 2 luni de zile de bătaie de joc cu simplul transfer al unui abonament pe o cartelă simplă, prepay, din pricina decesului titularului abonamentului. Minciuni, sesizări, telefoane, plocoane, rugăminți de 2 luni de zile pierdute, mail-uri, atașamente, vizite în magazinele orange. O cacealma de brand.
Neseriosi
Neseriosi. M au atras cu o oferta mai buna ca la Digi dar am renuntat la ei dupa 11 zile. Suport tehnic slab, mincinosi , te duc cu vorba. Nu am primit solutie pentru deschiderea unui amarat de port ( port forward) pe Zte f6600r asa ca am anulat contractul. Ma duc inapoi la Digi.

Poor services. Poor quality of mobile internet and signal. They are increasing tarrifs as they like and refuse any communication. Very aggresive people in call center
Worst and expensive services
Worst services, whatever mobile service you need the employees will make sure to show you and tell you that just the most expensive one are what you are looking for. Also even when choosing the expensive one you will have additional costs and also poor user interface and experience, when clicking the pay button for extra costs, it does not redirect you to pay the bill, and if you switched the services they will log you off like you are not a member and you need to manually pay the bill in whatever way you find but it will not appear on web site or app like it appeared when you were a customer.
