Brilliant app to use with children and great customer service. Children are older now so no longer needed but would recommend for those with younger children who are starting to take responsibility for their own money.

Easy to use
Easy to use, quick log ins, no fuss cash top- ups. The kids really enjoyed the autonomy, and the reassurance that we could monitor their spending was invaluable. A great First ‘bank account’ for us! Thank you Nimbl!

We used nimbl for our children when…
We used nimbl for our children when thew were younger and found it a great way for them to receive pocket money and get used to budgeting.
We closed the account because we wanted to give the children as they got older a full bank account, but in no means a reflection of the service.
Dealing with nimbl on the account closure was extremely efficient.

Great product and simple to use for kids and user friendly for adults too. Had Nimbl cards for all 3 kids and not had a problem with them. Staff really helpful too.

Great experience using Nimbl
We have had a great experience using Nimbl Card for my son. It’s easy to use. As a parent I can top up my son’s card in an instant if he runs out of money. I can see his balance and it’s great I can set an amount to top up his account each month. It’s great he can use it in many shops and cash points just like any bank card using his pin. If he loses his card I can immediately block his card. It gave him his independence. Hes had Ninmbk since around 11 years old. He’s now 19 years old and thought he wanted to graduate from Nimbl as he’s now got his grown up bank card. Thanks Nimbl our journey was good.

Excellent way of getting kids used to managing their own money before they move on to their own accounts. Easy to keep control and see how much they are spending and on what.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service , I had to speak to customer services twice this week both times staff were very helpful and polite making surely problem was solved and I was happy with the outcome also short answering times always a plus .

Nimble has been the perfect entry level…
Nimble has been the perfect entry level banking service for both my children and we have only moved to a high street bank now that they have got older. To be honest if you could use nimble on Apple Pay we might have stayed a little longer. Customer service has always been excellent and the app is very easy to use. I would highly recommend.

Terrible experience- near enough…
Terrible experience- near enough impossible to transfer from parent to child account - the transfer to parent account also very difficult!! Honestly not fit for purpose - I have cancelled and now use Monza far easier
