Well looked after by Waqar who helped me find the right sofa - great quality service and sofa. Would recommend.
Een geschenk uit de hemel....
Ik ben alleenstaand, met kat en hond. Voor de laatste twee genoemden is een stevige bank nodig. Ik heb geen werk meer, een klein budget voor te zitten in mijn nieuwe woning bedroeg maximaal €150,00 dus zoals altijd naar de kringloopwinkel. Ik hoopte op een leren bank, stoffen bekleding is niks met een Amerikaanse bulldog. Wat had ik geluk, er stonden twee zwarte tweezitters, waarvan 1 de Natuzi. Tweezitters? Twee kussens van 1 meter, dat is ruim. De andere was met alle geluk een Hummel. Ik betaalde totaal €110,00, de Natuzi kocht ik voor €70,00. Ik zit er nu een jaar op, stoeien en gek doen maar zelf ik krijg dit niet kapot. Met dus dik ADHD. Mijn eerste bank waarin ik volledig gestrekt in kan liggen.

Great experience at Natuzzi in Croydon. Waqar was especially great with his polite, friendly and knowledgable manner. The showroom is well stocked with many designs and colours. Highly recommend Natuzzi as a brand and definitely ask for Waqar as your design consultant
You will not be disappointed
I was at another furniture store nearby and there they recommended is to visit the Natuzzi store since I was looking for a leather sofa in a specific color. Immediately upon entering the store, I told my husband, “this is where we are buying our furniture.” Andrellys was very friendly and professional and gave us her full attention. We are so pleased with our selection and eagerly waiting for the delivery. Thank you and I highly recommend others looking for quality furnishing and excellent service, to visit the Orlando store.

Not even a phone call
On January 15, 2026 we purchased a very nice leather electric reclining couch from Natuzzi Italia in Uptown. The anticipated delivery date was sometime in late May. The sales staff said that they would be in touch with us all along the way and would keep us informed as to this status of our order. The only time we heard from them after the sale was when we called for an update. It was usually vague at best.
We also paid for "White Glove" delivery.
Last Wednesday we got a call from the delivery company saying they were expecting to be able to deliver the couch this week. Not a word form Natuzzi. I scheduled the delivery for today, Tuesday. Not a word from Natuzzi regarding this. No problem, I just thought a high end vendor would coordinate and communicate with their customers.
The couch arrived on schedule. Zach and Jamal, the delivery guys were wonderful and the stars of this endeavor. Quite honestly I would be a lot more ticked off if not for their attitude and efforts.
Our issue is the couch arrived without the power cord so there was no way to fully set it up and test it. I was under the impression that the product was fully vetted before delivery. Zach called his supervisor whom I was told called management at Natuzzi. We were looking for Natuzzi to give us power cord from their sales floor. I offered to run and pick it up. I was told they didn't have one. Seriously ? How do they operate their floor models? Zach and Jamal left and said that someone would be in touch. Not a word from Natuzzi
So in afternoon traffic, I did what I was hoping Natuzzi would do... I got in my car and drove to Micro Center and bought a $10 power cord, brought it home and completed the installation of the couch. So much for communication and White Glove delivery. As of 9 pm this evening, Not a word from Natuzzi.
Excellent Service provided by all at Tottenham Court Road
I visited the Natuzzi shop in Tottenham Court Road and was helped by Summer, she was absolutely lovely, she was patient whilst I tried to choose which sofa's to buy, she provided me all the information on sizes & colours. She did a mock up of what the sofa's would look like in my living room. She has been amazing!
My sofa's have just arrived a few weeks earlier than expected! They are beautiful and extremely comfortable. I would also like to thank Pier and Davide who were so professional and helpful when I initially telephoned the shop, before visiting.
The young gentleman from the delivery company (Jewell Enterprises) were professional, friendly and polite, taking all the packaging away and placing the sofa's in exactly the right please.

Sofa should have been here a month ago, store can't help apparently as "its on its way" has been for weeks so must be coming from the moon. Tried to escalate and just get ignored. Rubbish service go elsewhere like DFS.

Received delivery yesterday paid cash . Dining table 4 chairs Novana straight leg chairs. Delivery was set for after 12pm arrived at door 8am and drivers spoke very little English felt bit pushed so let them in. My old table and chairs were arranged to go to homeless charity at 10am therefore the new furniture arriving early ended up us having to move everything to let your delivery in as drivers pretended not to understand anything I said. Table was assembled however unpacked everything outside started placing chairs in house and I noticed the chairs were not what we ordered. We did order the Novana chairs however not swivel chairs we made this clear and took photos of our purchase prior to signing the receipt. The delivery men said they had put our chairs on a wrong delivery earlier and strange how they could speak in English then. He said go to shop I go to shop I deliver new ones. I agreed at the time as it left us with nothing as a family to eat or sit on. The driver spent ages on his mobile speaking in his own language to someone in front off us and just said sign sign papers. Felt uncomfortable and signed as they were rather intimidating laughing in their own language. I had my husband come out of bed from night shift and my son working from home hear everything including my ring doorbell and cctv. Driver kept saying you take you take so I gave up. Called the shop no phones working website for submitting complaints not working so finally got customer service in Paisley girl would not find my order said she would call back but didn't so I called back. She said she spoke to the shop nothing she could do that's what we ordered according to her and Kirstan Straiton. She did not call me even if she thought she had no message was left.
Extremely disappointed in the service. We 100 percent ordered the non swivel chairs. The driver demanded the receipt which I thought was none of his business then dictated you got what you asked for. Not according to my receipts!
Not the case we ordered non swivel chairs. Still waiting on our guarantee papers and care kit we were promised? Not sure if furniture has been treated as we no proof as the other customer has our chairs. Really not great after paying cash and won't be buying the further sofas etc we hoped to buy as the customer service has been awful.

Unfortunately we have had a very poor experience with this retailer. We ordered a sofa in January, we were told 12 weeks we are in mid May still no sofa. The communication has been very poor, when we ring the store they inform me that they have no contact with the delivery company. I asked for a contact number or email for the delivery company and they explain this is not possible. We were informed by a no reply text message it was in the country 2 weeks ago and we would receive a call to arrange delivery , this has never happened and the customer service team in the store are simply saying they cannot do anything from their side. It is shocking that a big company who sell sofa's at a very high price have such poor customer service and communication systems. It is clearly all about the sales and nothing else. A shame.
