Overall shocking experience with Watford store. Ordered from store January, after much chasing arrived late April. Arrived damaged. Avoid at all costs. John, Watford store manager did not keep promises to call back. Apathy to customer service generally.

Ho acquistato da Natuzzi rivenditore di Lodi un divano in pelle con due meccanismi recliner e una chaise longue in pelle .Totale 5000 euro. Dopo soli 16 mesi , la consegna e' del 6 agosto 2024, e ancora in garanzia legale di 2 anni ,la seduta della chaise longue si e' sfondata lasciando l imbottitura della schiena rigida e quella dalla parte delle gambe sollevata. Inoltre tutta la struttura pende verso sinistra facendo scivolare il corpo innaturalmente Io peso 70 chili e mi siedo alla sera per un paio d'ore.Risultato : Posizione innaturale ,forti mal di schiena e contratture la chaise longue e' inservibile. L'assistenza Natuzzi, dopo la segnalazione del 17 marzo , risponde DOPO UN MESE su sollecito al rivenditore e nonostante le spiegazioni esaustive e le foto precedentemente inviate afferma che e' tutto normale , ignorando di fatto che la struttura ha ceduto ed esiste un vizio di costruzione. Dimenticavo : ho pagato anche 5 anni di garanzia estesa di ... COMODA PROTEZIONE ......E' come comprare una Mercedes che si rompe dopo 16 mesi e ti viene risposto : ARRANGIATI. Ai sensi dell'art. 130 del codice del consumo avrei diritto alla riparazione o alla sostituzione senza aggravio di costi ovvero tecnico pezzi di ricambio o trasporto a loro spese .Forse sara' il caso che mi rivolga al mio legale e ad altro consumo visto la risposta che suona come un insulto alla mia intelligenza . Meditate prima di comprare .

First purchase of a sofa for our new house, spoke with Jamie in the birstall leeds branch, he was extremely friendly, approachable and very informative! Told us all the details of colours, fabric types and even the 5 year damage cover. Very helpful and good customer service
