I recently visited the designer sofa store at Brent Cross and had an excellent experience thanks to the Humahun who assisted me. He was genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and guiding me through the options without any pressure making the whole process easy and enjoyable. He offered thoughtful recommendations, and even a coffee while I decided.
Well laid out store, lots to see and great selection of materials, leather and cloth.

Spoke to Corrii who has been excellent in helping us to buy the best suit that suits us would recommend the high standard of care when shopping

Dreadful after-sales service.

Have now waited two months for a small spare part for our footstool (which we had for only five months before it wouldn't open properly)

Aleyha was excellent in helping us to buy a sofa. She was knowledgeable and helped answer all my early questions and went out of her way to send some information via email before our appointment. On the day of our appointment she gave us the space we needed to make a decision and then stepped in to support and guide us through finalisation. She was extremely helpful in helping us decide the colour and fabric of our sofa with her extensive knowledge and practical understanding and we are very happy with both the service provided today and our choice of sofa.

We had a really positive experience at the Milton Keynes store, thanks to Tony Singh. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout our visit, taking the time to answer all of our questions and guide us through the different colour choices and options.

We particularly appreciated his approach—he was always available to help without ever being pushy, which made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. Tony is a real credit to the store! :)
