Natalie B from White City in Trafford was absolutely fantastic. We had a lovely chat in the shop where she helped us learn more about the range of sofas they sell. We decided to go with Natuzzi and organised a free design visit. To our surprise Natalie was the one who came to our house and spent time showing us different material types and discussing the range. She measured our kitchen space and helped us order our calore sofas. She was insightful and helpful and the whole experience was pleasant. Thank you we cannot wait for our new sofas!

Waqar provided exceptional service. Their customer service was excellent, characterized by politeness and patience. We rate their performance as 5-star.

Waqar gave me excellent service, came to my home the very next day to check the measurements in my home for my new sofa, he came the time he said he would and explained everything I needed to know which helped to to pick the perfect size sofa for my home. He also answered my calls promptly and was very friendly each time.

Jackie was excellent. Very easy to deal with.

Absolutely shocked at the delay in delivery of our settee. We placed our order 8th March 2026 and were told June delivery. Now we have been told that due to a fabric delay delivery is now expected in July! So nearly 5 months without seating to entertain as we are first time buyers. We accepted the June delivery as we are repeat customers. We requested the coffee tables to be delivered at least in June but apparently they will not deliver unless with the settee! Very disappointed with Natuzzi at this point. Not the salesman fault but had we known it would be 5 months we would not have placed the order. Best to check delivery prior to booking as we have renovated our whole house in 4 months but seemingly to manufacture a settee seems to be a challenging engineering job that requires 5 months.

Natuzzi- please do better. We have complained and waiting for a positive response and trust no more excuses...

. We ordered a sofa in February, we were told 12 weeks we are in mid Jun and still no sofa. The communication has been very poor, when we ring the store they every time changed date of arrival to uk. 16/06 was planed arrival day on last call 3 weeks ago. Today 17th - still no information, person on phone unhappy that we asked. The customer service team in the store are ,,extremely ‚, nice simply saying they cannot do anything from their side. It is shocking that a big company who sell sofa's at a very high price have such poor customer service and no any communication systems. Avoid !!!!

I've finally bought my sofa. I visited the Croydon store and Jackie was extremely helpful. On my first visit she answered all my questions with expertise and there was no pressure to purchase. On my second visit, she helped me with making my final choice. I'm very grateful for the positive service, thank you

We purchased a sofa bed today from Natuzzi Wednesbury and dealt with Raff.
Great salesperson without being pushy or intrusive. Took the time to get to know us on a personal level in a short space of time whilst being friendly, informative, knowledgeable and caring in what we were looking for.
Although more expensive that other suppliers we had a good deal for a very high end item which looks fabulous and hopefully will last us some time.
Raff was professional and understood our needs and we felt well looked after so thank you so much. Can’t wait to recieve our beautiful piece of furniture 🙂

Expensive furniture, looks good and very good quality. Only downside would be the CS...could be better. But overall i'm happy :)

After buying the sofa for £6k and delivered the seating softened and dipped after 2 weeks for which I reported, they sent out sofatec to inspect, under consumer rights those carrying out inspections within 30days are supposed to be independent for which these are not, took 2 weeks to get the report to start with and communication was lax to say the least, the report said not a manufacturing fault and is normal, I pointed out numerous times that this was not an independent inspection as those carrying out such an inspection should have no connection to either party, within 30days you have a right to return, then they changed the email saying the technician doesn’t work for Designer sofas so independent, again I explained what independent means but the refused to budge, paid £6k for a Natuzzi suite which to me is sub standard and to soften and dip on seats after 2 weeks isn’t fit for purpose and not acting as they put it normal, within 30days of delivery if a fault is raised or not fit for purpose you have a right to return, also the report didn’t include all discussed at the time, they even told us how to sit on a sofa for which the sales should have explained so where was the instruction manual, never heard anything so ridiculous, stay away as they fill you full of how good things are and do nothing over it and have no idea, I also had a £3k table and chairs and that came damaged / faulty, but the supplier of this sorted this with no issues, extremely dissatisfied to say the least considering how much I paid.

Absolutely crap! Although listed on the Natuzzi web site, their Bristol store actually closed some 18 months ago - I only found that out after travelling there! I then went to Cardiff at the address the Natuzzi web site advertises and found that the seller who use to display and sell their furniture at that location no longer does so!

We wanted to buy two sofas for our new home but with that we thought if they care that little for their (potential) customers then we don't want their products. Shame really because they were good (we bought a sofa from them when they DID operate in Bristol).

Not at all sure now that they're actually in business and think they may just be too lazy to close their web site down!

Jackie (in your Croydon store) was brilliant dealing with us and our purchases - very patient!
She also organised coffee and biscuits.
What a lovely shop too!!!

The level of customer service was second-to-none. Waqar, the Sales Consultant was very helpful without being at all pushy! We left purchasing two armchairs and a coffee table and can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive.

A MASSIVE Thank You to Ash Rana- What an incredible salesperson we have met at Natuzzi Manchester. He’s been fantastic at explaining the furnitures and knows it like the back of his hand; extremely professional and courteous. Have gone above and beyond in keeping the store open beyond closing hours to allow us to make a great purchase. Highly recommended and a true asset to Natuzzi!
