No customer service. Tried contacting them with no resolution not peep from them. what the f
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

responds within a day always helps with what I need (fitment questions or general) they were willing to get me a faster shipment to make it within my track day would recommend any day

I purchased a tow hitch kit from them I asked multiple times if this specific tow hitch would fit my 2014 Nissan rouge select it has a wider frame and it was the first gen from 2008 reissued in 2014 and the tow hitch that came is even shorter than the hitch I got from Amazon kojem and to make matters worse they're only offering me a 30% partial refund what in the world is the crap I even asked them about returns before purchasing they made it sound like it was easy 30% partial refund on a hunk of steel that's taking up space I can't do anything with it I have the other one on offerup for $45 and people don't want it absolutely ridiculous this is for my lawncare business I need to pull a trailer I wouldnt recommend buying anything from this company because if you do and it doesn't fit you won't get a full refund scam company in my honest opinion.

Super easy to work with. Great products and even better customer support! Will continue to buy from! Thanks again guys!

100 percent garrenteed quality in any product you will buy. I strongly agree if you think about making a purchase dont think about it just so do.

Very friendly and kind !

Maxpeedingrods are very propt, they respond quick and care about customers. Their products are not only budget friendly but they offer good performance, when you talk to them, you feel like you are talking to a human not a robot or a copy and paste script, they know their products well and if you have any kind of problem they got a solution. They should be bigger in this industry , they are worth the shot from any angle.

From customer service, to product, to communication. I will buy again I will recommend to family and friends. Had a small hiccup with the gauge. Called them and within hours they shipped out a brand new complete kit as a replacement. Now that is customer service. Kit does exactly what it says it will do and has improved my hauling capabilities and ride. I am super impressed with the company and excited about the product. Relatively easy to install with basic hand tools and reading the instructions. Good job! 👏

I would like to recognize the excellent customer service I received from Maxpeedingrods. From the very first contact, their team was responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Every question I had was answered clearly and promptly, and the follow-up throughout the entire process was outstanding.
It is rare these days to find a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction the way Maxpeedingrods does. Their efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help made my experience extremely positive.
I highly recommend Maxpeedingrods to anyone looking for quality products backed by exceptional customer support. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication, professionalism, and outstanding service!

A huge thank you to MaXpeedingRods for this incredible GT3582R turbo! 🔥

For anyone curious about the specifications, this turbo features a billet compressor wheel, dual ball bearings, and a stainless steel turbine housing—a combination engineered for exceptional performance, durability, and reliability.

I also have to give credit where it's due—the shipping was outstanding. From the time the order was placed to delivery, the turbo arrived in just one day. That's seriously impressive!

This turbo is destined for a future K-Series turbo build, and I'm excited to put it to the test! 💪😎

Worst experience ever 😡🤬🤬!

I have cancelled one order due to filling wrong address. They have approved but the delivery still happen. Due to that, they dont refund and ask me to go there to pick up. Otherwise they will refund $10 but I refused as their fail action. After all, they refund to me $20. Thats ridiculous!!

Help me fix this review and make more serious

Here are a few options, ranging from sharp and professional to maximum urgency, to make your point crystal clear and hold them accountable.

Option 1: Direct & Impactful (Recommended)
Absolute nightmare experience and total lack of accountability.

I cancelled an order well in advance due to an address typo. The cancellation was explicitly approved by customer service, yet they somehow dispatched and delivered the item anyway. Because of their failure to stop the shipment after approving the cancellation, they refused a full refund and told me to go retrieve the package myself.

When I refused to fix their mistake, they offered an insulting $10 refund, which eventually became $20 after pushing back—still nowhere near a full refund for an order they agreed was cancelled. Holding customer money for a clear internal mistake is completely unacceptable. Appalling customer service and zero operational control. Avoid at all costs.!

Quick response time and great customer service. Sent a new inner dampener after the original one broke.

Dommage ,

Great customer service! Super helpful with an issue I had. Replaced parts no problems.

Amazing service they’ve helped me out with my order and their customer service is the top of the line it’s a pleasure to be able to share this experience I highly recommend them!

Great company and great product. The instructions could be a little bit better but goes on pretty easy. I would suggest buying a nice machine drill bit it make life really easy when drill out the pitman arm. I was missing some misalignment spacers but the company took care of me.

I have used injectors, drop kits, and just ordered lifters,I want a sticker.ive only ever got one

purchased spark plugs and coils for my Honda accord
had a problem with 2 coils
and they sent me a complete set
very professional and truly amazing company that works with customers
highly recommend
