We’re very sorry to read about your experience and understand your frustration.

We would like to clarify that we have been in ongoing contact regarding this case and have offered solutions in line with our warranty terms, including inspection and replacement under our 2-year warranty.

We understand that a refund may have been expected; however, as outlined in our policy (and standard industry practice), refunds are limited to unused items within 30 days. Beyond that, warranty cases are handled through inspection and replacement if a defect is confirmed.

That said, we have also tried to find an alternative solution and remain open to resolving this matter in the best possible way. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we always aim to support our customers as best as we can.
