I wish I could have found these reviews before I ordered from them. 2022 Honda civic coil overs. I specifically gave them the vin number and specs for my vehicle and they assured me that the parts would fit. Once the parts arrived of course the parts did not fit (too big for the spindle) at these point my car was up on a lift in a mechanic shop and I was holding up the lift so they couldn’t start working on the next customers car as planned. They had to put my car back together with the old parts until I reorder the correct parts. Of course I got the run around and they tried to offer me a 20% refund and told me to keep the parts. lol big jokes!!! Long story short I went back and forth with them for a week via email and I was able to get a full refund even after they tried to make me pay for the return shipping $147. Do not ever ever ever order from theses scammers

Great customer service, owner was very helpful and quick response times. 😎

If I could give them a zero I would give a zero... I ordered a part and 2 minutes after my friend told me they already ordered the part so I contacted them by email eight times and told them I wanted the order canceled and they return my email with your orders processing... You will receive a confirmation email when it ships.. so I called the customer service number and I told them I wanted it canceled and they told me they could not cancel it because it had already been shipped out come on in 2 minutes?... So they forced me to call my credit card company to have the payment stopped that's what kind of business these people do... Rude & unprofessional..I called about eight times to customer service as well and it would put me on hold and leave me there and not answer it.. I even went to the online chat and they left me sitting in the chat and would not cancel the order

Hier nix kopen, geld kwijt!!

I gotta say the website is super easy to navigate my parts got here within a week of me placing my order and the quality is amazing for the price 10/10 would recommend

Communication via messenger was perfect.
Delivery within 10 days was very good.

I received great chat support from IG customer service whilst arranging to purchase some new coilovers for my project car.. replies were prompt and I proceeded with the order ! Can’t wait 😜

Great customer service, budget friendly quality products, thank you.

Customer service has warranted a defective pressure sensor for me, the original part failed but the new part is on the way, call was answered and response is positive, can’t wait for my part to be delivered.

Great customer service, gave me a refund very quickly for a wringer order and had it replaced and shipped on a bank holiday weekend!
