Have been taking 2 tablespoons of sea moss daily for a month. I have enjoyed the taste so far and as I am not able to be very mobile due to recent surgery, I am able to maintain my weight. But the best part is that in my last shipment, one of the bottles had broken and leaked in the box. A quick note to customer service and there is a new jar on the way!

The customer service is amazing. My order was placed on Thursday and delivered by Saturday. 2 of my 4 jars arrived broken and within minutes of if contacting them a new order was placed and I was given a new confirmation #. No hassle process at all! Would highly recommend them! Will definitely be ordering once I run out

The product is amazing , I purchased the electrolyte mango pineapple flavor and it really taste so good and had me feeling really good and hydrated , I stayed when I was 7mos pregnant and had been suffering from dehydration but now this true sea moss I’m doing a lot better with staying hydrated . Unfortunately, when I received my order both jars were damaged and I couldn’t use them. However the customer service team was amazing in fixing the issue. They immediately addressed the issue and sent me two new jars. I really appreciate that. Smooth easy process

My 1st order three bottle subscription delivery took longer than anticipated. Finally opened the box few days after delivery notice box damp possibly. A week later I finally opened the packaging and saw one of the jars was completely broken from the bottom inside. I went to the chat and got an instant a response back provided pictures and instantly got confirmation replacing that broken jar. Super excited and happy with the customer service and replacement.

This was my first time trying True sea moss I didn’t know what to expect. The flavors were good but the fine print on being subscribed to this product was not clear. I was able to use the chat to cancel my subscription and to get a refund. Easy process and I will order again.

Initially ordered Sea Moss and loved it! So I ordered another couple of jars.
Today received the order and one of the jars was damaged. I contacted them and within a few minutes they resolved my issue. Will be getting my damaged jar replaced as I am typing this review. They were apologetic and extremely pleasant! One of the quickest and painless resolutions I have had and wanted to thank them for their support getting my issue resolved.

I received one of my jars broken. I scanned the QR code that was on the box and it took me straight to the option to chat with someone. I stated my issue and they offered to send a replacement of the same flavor free of charge. This is my first time buying True Sea Moss products however, their customer service alone has sealed me as a returning customer. Thank you for being so polite and understanding! Will leave another review once I try it!

I received my sea moss 7/24/26 and one was broken and sea moss was all over inside the box, i contacted customer service and they were pleasant, and rectified the problem quickly. I was sent another jar of sea moss.

I had several active recurring subscriptions and Alex from the chat group assisted me and she was outstanding and patient and helped me by reaffirming and clarifying two subscriptions were canceled and only one will remain active and my order would be as I requested. I’m waiting to try the two new flavors I just received today so I’ll be back to give another reviews on the Peach&Pear flavor and the elderberry flavor. But the mango & pineapple flavor is delicious and I love that one for sure, even the texture of the gel product is smooth and favorable.
