they advertised that the flowers would be available on mothers day , which of course they didn’t come , I ask for a refund , got a snotty email basically saying yeah we don’t care that we ruined your mothers day , not our problem , not even a sorry.

Then when the flowers came they were NOTHING like the picture , they looked old and dried up , like they’d been picked a week ago !

Awful service , AWFUL FLOWERS , just overall terrible company , please go to someone local …. Or go and pick some out of your garden , they will be better than these

AVOID!!!! Ordered flowers for my sisters 60th birthday for first time from this company never again being as wrong order and nothing like the flowers chosen was delivered to the recipient with the wrong written card and it was the wrong order number which was hugely disappointing,contacted with proof of wrong order and got an unapologetic response along with excuses ,wouldn’t recommend buying from this company of scammers 😡

Paid for next day delivery. Arrived three days late. Obviously the flowers were nearly dead. When contacting the company they blamed the courier and refused to refund me anything.

The dates offered are not guarantees of being fulfilled. They have purposefully built their system to allow you to select imminent dates, with no intention of delivering.

On complaining, they advise that there is a separate Terms and Conditions page that says delivery dates are just a guideline, and can be between 1-3 working days after the date you choose. The invoice you receive gives no such clarification (and of course they could choose to have the system not offer dates that they can't fulfil, but choose not to).

Avoid at all costs.

Flowers didn't arrive on the day they were ordered for - despite paying for specific delivery. So my sister never received the bouquet. Nobody answers the phone, I've left 2 messages. The reply to my email didn't actually make sense and they haven't replied since. Definitely won't be ordering from them again. Steer clear.

Flowers orders looked totally different to what was delivered and the balloon was deflated. Customer service had been awful.

Purchased flowers for mother's day which arrived two days late with gift missing!!!

Furthermore paid £24 for a large bouquet 😂 which was supposedly reduced from £49😂DONT FALL FOR IT!!!!! THE BUNCH OF FLOWERS LOOKED LIKE THE ONES FROM THE £5.99 Tesco range!!! Wish I'd gone to Tesco and made the 60mile round trip now!!😂🤣

Oh I wouldn't bother trying to get a refund WHEN it all goes wrong as they don't answer the phone and if they do reply to your email they'll just say NO!!!!!

I begrudge giving 1 star. I am so disgusted with the way delightful Flora/ Lovely flora world are treating people. I reach out for a response on Facebook and they blocked me. Tried ringing a million times and never get an answer or call back. Emailed via their website message service and still no response. ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!
They are scammers who took our money for a so called "LARGE" bouquet of flowers and delivered 10 half dead poxy things that I could have had from the local petrol station for 3quid or less. Probably could have found better in a cemetery bin to be totally honest. Under delivered and over sold! They refuse to take any accountability or even respond to any for of our contact efforts. I have been in touch with trading standards the sun news paper the daily mirror and many more media outlets. Please avoid at all cost!! You will be ripped off and left very disappointed! Mothers day was a big let down thanks to the pathetic attempt at sending a "LARGE" bouquet. I will not rest untill i get a response and a refund.

My husband and I ordered flowers from this company for our Mums respectively. They were due to be delivered on Mother's Day - we specifically requested this. They arrived on Tuesday, 2 days afterwards. I have tried to ring the company 3 times, each time leaving an angry voicemail. I have also emailed the company.
Do not order from this company. They should be thoroughly ashamed of their customer service. We should be entitled to a refund in my opinion.

My son ordered me flowers for Mother's day, to be delivered on Mother's day. He paid extra for guaranteed delivery on the Sunday.
They didn't arrive. He was then told that they would be delivered today, Tuesday, he told them it would be too late by then. They arrived, no one was home, they were dumped down the side of my house, luckily we have a ring doorbell. I had to ask someone to drive round to my house to collect them or else they would be there for a week or stolen, because I'm now away from home for a week. On opening they are battered, no water, no protection. The roses are brown & half dead. I'm gutted that my son has wasted his hard earned money on flowers that are half dead. I don't know what he paid for them but it was certainly too much for these flowers.
No stars should be given to this 'florist'.
Please don't use this company.

I have just received my flowers which were supposed to be for mothers day. It is now Tuesday and they are half dead. They are the saddest flowers ive seen. Extremely disappointed. Why send them without any kind of moisture dry and crispy they are. Ridiculous
I would have e given zero stars if that was an option. What a wate of my poor daughters money.

Disappointed that the flowers I ordered for a specific date, in plenty of time, were delivered on the incorrect date. The flowers were dispatched 4 days before the arrival to the specified date and delivered 2 days before the specified date! At a customer cost of £5.99, which I may add is sub contracted to Royal Mail, who offer next day delivery at this price. This company claim no liability once flowers have left their establishment, stating they have a 1-3 day delivery clause, despite not taking ownership of the flowers once dispatched (again email notification from Royal Mail states flowers were received 4 days before the specified delivery date. Speaking with the customers service via email, their response was dismissive and lacked ownership of their wrong doing. Will not be a returning customer.

Appalling service! Ordered flowers for Mothers Day which I asked to be delivered a day before. On the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered I received an email from courier to say they received the flowers and will be delivered on the Tuesday after. These flowers were sat in a depot for three days and I contacted flora world and they just blamed the courier. I tried calling on the Monday but no answer and no one returned my calls, they sent an email and said that when flowers arrive get my mother to refuse them and then they will refund. Called my mother who called back later and said the flowers had been left on front porch as they were out as they were expected on Tuesday but turned up Monday. I again tried to call but still no one bothers to return my call. So I sent an email again and now the company are not returning my emails either. Flowers were already dying as they had been sat in a depot for three days . This company is a total con, they clearly cannot deliver and blame courier and are are not responding to my emails either requesting refund. I shall regardless of cost pursue this as companies like these think they can just con people out of money and no provide what they say. Do not use this business!

Still not delivered at 5pm monday.
Ordered friday 13rh, paid for premium delivery for sunday.
Not a single reply to email sent last night, this morning and dont bother to call!!

I placed an order for a birthday bouquet and card to be delivered today for a 21st birthday. It hasn't been delivered. The tracking number is not working and the phone lines are ringing but no answer and no reply to my email. I am very disappointed with this company and will never place an order with them again. They are just terrible. I will be requesting my money back

I ordered the lovely bright Brilliant Blooms bouquet for my mum for mother's day. Sadly what arrived looked nothing like what I ordered. The flowers were different colours there were flowers in it that were no in picture and flowers missing that were in picture.
The bouquet looked like someone had grabbed handful of flowers and stuck them together. There was no arranging of them.
I will say the flowers that came were very fresh but not whst I ordered and did not give the wow value.
My mum does alot for myself and my 3 girls and the bouquet I ordered was to give her a wow and to feel appreciated.

I ordered some flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day because they GUARANTEED delivery to the rural area where she lives.

Naturally, they didn’t turn up and the said flowers are still stuck within Royal Mail’s depot system. The tracking link doesn’t work.

The phone number on the website doesn’t work either so this may be a scam company.

I was disappointed when my order arrived later than expected as the flowers were for my best friend whose sister had passed away. Melissa was so kind and understanding - she quickly arranged another bouquet with my choice of flowers so that my friend could still enjoy them after the funeral. Wonderful customer service and very thoughful. Thank you Melissa!

my daughter ordered flowers to be delivered on mothers day 15 march. they were delivered on thursday 12 march, she was so disappointed. first they were nothing lie the photo, to say they were abysmal is an under statement. They were disgusting. there should have been a card, not put in, when she saw them she put them straight in the bin there was no way she would have given them to me, she did get in touch, but they were rude, would not even say sorry, i want a proper apology and some compensation. Will look forward for a reply. Oh and there was mould and dead flowers in there

I was ordering flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day. It asked what date I want them delivered on and I chose Saturday. They sent then time to Royal Mail so fast they tried to deliver twice while no one was home. Now the only option is to pick them up from post office Tuesday. Meaning they’ll be dead as they wouldn’t have seen sunlight for over a week.

Now I am such a reasonable person and just requested some credit or a partial refund to order my mother some more. They were incredibly arrogant and haven’t replied since.

Much better websites out there don’t bother. Takes a lot for me to leave a review like this and I don’t care for a reply from the company on here as it’s just to make them look empathetic.
