I ordered flowers. For the wife to be delivered on Saturday for valentines
With 2 balloons only got 1
They turned up at 6 in the evening she opened and the flowers were dieing
Don't look anything like what is pictured on there Web page
My daughter bought some flowers for here on Wednesday last week from supermarket they still going and chose 1 quarter of the price do not buy from here you will be Disappointed

What's the point in paying for delivery on a specified day when they can't deliver? Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday but flowers delivered a day later. Wish I'd read the reviews on here first. Will return to using local florist in future. Please avoid this company.

No flowers delivered, had to buy elsewhere in a panic as Royal Mail where still expecting my parcel, very disappointing and been ignored on emails all day, started chargeback to get my money back, frauds!
UPDATE - flowers where collected by Royal Mail from these the day after Valentine’s Day, then delivered to the local depot 2 days late, rang the depot to return to sender, and got a full refund, bare in mind I purchased these on the 7th, plenty of time to get this right, to have them collected after the requested delivery date is terrible, then tried to blame Royal Mail for the late delivery. Will not use again, but least I got my money back

I am absolutely furious with this Valentine’s flower service. I placed my order on **25th January** Nearly three weeks before Valentine’s Day, specifically to avoid any last-minute issues & to make sure everything would go smoothly. Clearly, that was a complete waste of time.

Valentine’s Day came & went, & the flowers never arrived. I waited in all day, expecting the delivery at any moment so I could surprise my wife. Instead, I was left constantly checking the door, refreshing tracking (which was useless), & ultimately feeling embarrassed & disappointed. The whole point was to create a special moment, & because of this company’s incompetence, that moment is gone.

There’s absolutely no excuse for failing to deliver on the one day your entire business is built around, especially when the order was placed well in advance. If you can’t handle Valentine’s Day demand, you shouldn’t be taking orders weeks ahead & making promises you clearly can’t keep.

Now I’m left scrambling after the fact, with no surprise, no flowers, & a very disappointed wife. Completely unacceptable service. I will never use this company again & would strongly advise others to avoid the risk, especially for important occasions.

“UPDATE”

It came two days later, the wrong flowers were sent. When I raised this.

Their response the following day

“Good afternoon,
I am very sorry to learn that the bouquet you received was not exactly what you expected.
Please note that because flowers are perishable and certain flowers or colours may not be available, we reserve the right to substitute them with flowers of equal or higher value.
The cost of your flowers would not have been less than what we would have charged otherwise.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

So they do not check to see if you are happy with substitutes. They just send anything of value. So instead of red & pink roses. They sent yellow flowers instead.

Ordered flowers for delivery on 14th February. Company decided to deliver the day before when no one at home. What is the point or requesting a delivery date when you chose to disregard it and do your own thing anyway? FUMING 😡😡😡

Very poor slow service.
Told by email busy time valentines but these were meant to be delivered 11th for get well and end of today 12th still not received by royal mail.
Would not recommend to use unless your not in a hurry.
To say im not happy is an understatement when you have daughter sick and not even get the flowers to help cheer her up on time.

Flowers were delivered 2 days early and left on doorstep! The whole point was to give them as a birthday surprise on the day, which I specifically requested. Sadly the person wasn’t home as they arrived 2 days earlier. Any passerby could have taken them. Not impressed especially when paying an extra £6.00 for postage.

Absolutely beautiful flowers. Well packaged and lasted about ten days. I would not hesitate to order from this company.

I paid extra for a Large Bouquet, but what arrived was very disappointing compared to the picture, which presumably was a standard, not large, bouquet. I ordered Roses and Lilies, and the picture on the website shows a bouquet with 10+ lilies in it. Mine had one stem with 4 lilies which was supposed to be a Large Bouquet. I emailed them saying I was "underwhelmed" with what arrived. They asked for a photo and when I sent that they asked for more photo's which I sent them and they eventually said what I received was perfectly ok and "not all bouquets look like the ones in the pictures". Not only do the not look the same, they are considerably smaller in size. No more business from me then!

My flowers were due to be delivered today as I ordered next day delivery when I ordered yesterday.
They will not be delivered today and advised me to look at the small print!
No customer service, laughable really. Don’t touch them with a barge pole

Company admitted the product did not meet expected standards but refused a full refund unless I paid return postage, disregarding consumer protections under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Don’t use this company, received 2 bunches of flowers , one bring a replacement for a substandard original one . The flowers look ok but on opening roses are dead where bud meets the stem and lillies fully opened , flowers lasted a day and their customer service I would rate as non existent. Generic replies and no empathy to issues raised .

Flowers didn't last 24 hours before they started wilting terribly. They've refused a full refund. Shocking customer service!!

The flowers were for our silver wedding aniversary.Despite ordering them well in advance they arrived 5 days late and well past their best. Customer service is awful with no apology whatsoever or refund offered. Their google search is criminally deceptive, promising "Local florist IN Grantham" which they are not . I have reported them to trading standards for deceptive advertising. Do yourself a favor and don't have anything to do with this company

BEWARE SAME COMPANY RUNNING AS DELIGHTFUL FLORA

I received flowers from a friend following the death of my mother. 4-5 days layer they were dead.
I emailed the company who stated that as I had not complained within 3 days, they would not acknowledge my complaint. Not even an apology.
Absolutely shocking!
I have since requested the email of the CEO of the company, so I can make a direct complaint to them. I've had no response.
I would not advise anyone to buy from this company. Go elsewhere..

The flowers were delivered 2 days after the chosen delivery date and were not the flowers that I had chosen. I ordered a large luxury red bouquet, but got a few red roses, but mostly pink carnations, lots of greenery and gyspsophila. Nothing like the advertised photo.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR FLOWER ORDERS.
I ordered 2 bouquets, one for my friends birthday, it arrived with no card so she had no idea who had sent them to her. The second bouquet was for my manager who was leaving, the flowers turned up in the box with no water for the stems , they were dry and the flowers looked NOTHING like the photo of the bouquet I had ordered. The message for the card was stuck in lopsided and had all inventory details on ( not what you want on a personal message) . I emailed with photos and got a smart arse reply back with not a care in the world given, they had my money they do not care what shite they post out. I so wish I had done my research before using them. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a beautiful bouquet of carnations just before Christmas but I still have no idea as to whom they were from! I’ve left phone messages, sent an email with the customer ref, but to date I’ve received no information from the company although they say they will reply within 24/48hrs. Very disappointed in the customer support.
